Great job ... great perspective ... I would say that in the high res you can see where you have removed the one plank, would be an easy fix

Apart from what's said above, with such bright lights I'd expect to see a bit of the thickness from the mask (bit of lightning on the side of the hole). Good luck!

As chalty said, great thinking.. which I admire. However you need to use the source image more, play with source highlights and reverse them to give view of the moldings of the mask from inside.....I think that would be more acceptable

I give you a couple points extra for thinking outside the box, but the execution on this need a bit of work.
