I am curious about 1 thing ...what camera u use,how much is the megapixel , do u use photoshop to edit your photo?

I copied your original photo, applied the filter, erased where the girl is, cloned over the finger strands area, and applied the filter again.
Practice using more than one layer when you chop an image, and seldom to never use a filter at the default settings. Always play around a bit to make it fit the photo you are manipulating.
