The diaper is distracting and adds nothing to the photo. I would suggest a judicious crop at the top of the diaper to bring the focus back onto the cute face and hat.

The horizon line is crooked, with the photo tilting down to the left. If you straighten it, it will have a much stronger visual impact.

Great concept, but I agree with tnaylor, the glow ruined it visually for me, making the chop look like a poor HDR filter affect.

That's because fog machines work by burning small amounts of a chemical in short, pulsed, bursts to produce the "fog." It's not just water vapor like real fog...

Really nice job, but those eyes are just too large, and come across more as "alien creepy," rather than "cute and adorable..." It's the light reflections - 3 is too many, especially with two of them being so large in proportion to the amount of light generated in the scene.
