A bit too dark. It's more of a silhouette than a landscape, since you can't make out any land...We can't even "enjoy the sea," since there is so little of it visible in the silhouette...

Looking at the huge rocks it is kicking up, I hate to think of the damage to the undercarriage! Nice photo.

The far shoreline is almost dead center of the image, with the main focus on the water, which is kind of boring. I'd suggest cropping the bottom to bring the focus more on the far trees, with the branches on the top helping to frame the image.

The trees behind the apple don't show shadows to correspond with the light on the apple, and the shine on the apple is from a different direction than the shadow.

The bird just looks like a CBR that could have been made from any source image. There's nothing to really distinguish it as being the contest source, and it's not very well made to go with the background. It's just a lumpy hummingbird.

This is such an awesome painting, I just wish it wasn't angled so hard. The gilded frame dominates the image, rather than the painting itself.

I like the people, they make it look like a bus shelter, and not just another empty photo. The Bus Information sign behind them anchors the image's purpose.

The woman shows strong color banding on her face, which is distracting, along with the too-bright colors, but the concept and positioning of the elements in this image is great.

The speckle texture is a bit too heavy, but the overall image is very attractive.

This is WONDERFUL!
My only nitpick is the light reflections of the shovel shaped object. It doesn't correspond with the light source on the left hand side, because the shovel shows illumination from the top (note the hand holding it shows different lighting), and the large white shape on the right side dominates the image too much in comparison to the rest of the colors and values. It's distracting from an otherwise truly fabulous entry.
