The lighting is weird, since the moons are reflecting a light source that, from appearances, should be emanating from the DNA strand, but the strand is so dark. You should light the DNA so that it is the light source, instead of being a dark shadowy thing.

Nice capture, but a bit too "target centered" in the picture plane. This would have been more powerful an image if composed a bit better with the "rule of thirds." It is eye catching enough that you don't need to command the eye to see it by placing it in the center.

You can't really make out the pumpkins beyond a vaguely lighter outline and the lit interiors, which only show a bit of texture. The object on the floor in front of them is more the focal point than they are.

This would have looked better in color. The values are all too similar in black and white...

They are frightening when you find one in the shower early in the morning, but they are REALLY beneficial, eating a lot of "bad" little bugs you may not be aware of in your house. They are my favorite household spider (but still risk being squished when I find them in the shower!)

Looks more like a basketball. Pumpkins don't usually have such textured skins. Warty? Occasionally. But not "lumpy" like this...

Really clean design, but too much color variation in the window lights.
The water reflections on the bottom are too rough and inconsistent with the clean graphic look of the top. They would look better with a more stylized, "illustrator" effect, rather than the jagged, inconsistent "shimmer" randomly applied.
You need a bit of a gradient fade, with an opacity mask.
You might also want to check out this Photoshop Wave Displacement tutorial - It might help your water reflections look cleaner than the ocean wave effect.

It looks like it's floating above the field. The perspective is a bit off, and the lighting is too inconsistent at the base, with the shadows compounding the visual discrepancy enough that the flat monochrome can't disguise.

It looks too faded at the bottom, rather than smoky.

Love the leaf caught between the two pieces...

I'd take the bar and bistro, depending on how fast the service was...

Wow, what a beautiful color contrast! I never thought of ornamental kale as a natural backdrop to a pumpkin!

The lighting is a bit too harsh, the lips almost disappear on the right side from the blown out highlight - the contrast is so high they lose their depth and shape. Nice image, just a bit overexposed.

The mouth is wonky for the camera angle. The top looks flat, while the bottom shows depth, which is opposite the depth carved into the eye. Also, the wall being the exact same shade of orange as the pumpkins, which are all exactly the same color, is a bit flat and unrealistic looking. Great concept, though!

The lighting is too dark and inconsistent. What light source illuminates her hair and face so much, yet everything else she's wearing is matte black except for the tiny buttons? Moody is one thing, but the lighting needs to have some small modicum of realism...

The values are a bit blown out. The highlights on the nose, collar, and apron are almost "nuclear," the way they glow...

The "glass" of the baby is not showing any of the background. If you reduce the opacity or change the blending mode to show more transparency, it will help this a lot.
Also, the pouring water inside the head is too blurry, and the black background showing through the bottle needs to be corrected, since there is no black in your background.
