This is too cluttered and busy a composition, although that may be what you wanted...Cropping a bit more off the bottom and right hand side (to the edge of the fish banner) will get rid of the concrete area outside the fence and most of the car on the street, which add nothing to your focal point.
(5 years and 3031 days ago)Really nice detail. The square light from the window on the right hand side is a bit distracting, though.
(5 years and 3031 days ago)The back light glow is a bit too intense around the butt and left leg, while non-existent anywhere else, which makes it somewhat distracting. The lighting on the top front of the face (see the reflection on the mask), and the top right of the arms is also inconsistent and confusing with such a strong back light...
(5 years and 3031 days ago)Hilarious, and wonderfully on theme in my book!
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Nice anatomy, good proportions. The background is a bit blah, but the character itself is very good!
(5 years and 3032 days ago)The light reflections on the base showing on the tiles do not correspond with the direct light source reflection on the base itself (it's all a bit too bright, as well). The walking stick itself shows NO light reflections or refractions, which is odd, considering that the black lacquer of the stick, and most likely the "8 ball" on top would show something, and not just be flat, matte black...
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Lovely render, just needs a little tweaking.
Beautiful capture of a very delicate object. Very nice focus and lighting.
(5 years and 3032 days ago)I bet he helped with the clean up after you were done, too...LOL!
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Beautiful lighting, I never would have thought a dog biscuit could look so artistic. Well done!
The coffin takes away from the walking stick feeling of this, making it seem more like some sort of burial fetish, and throwing the proportions off, since coffins are generally about 6 feet or more tall. This would look more like a walking stick with some other sort of backdrop, and would allow for more appreciation of the effort to create the stick, instead of detracting from it.
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Great angles on the stick. Nicely done.
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Wonderful with fresh tomatoes! Beautiful color capture.
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Can't appreciate the focal point through all the smoke. Artistic, but hides the beauty of the nose shape...
(5 years and 3032 days ago)Very beautiful depth of colors. It is amazing how many different shades of green there are, and your photo captures the wide variation quite well.
(5 years and 3032 days ago)The color tone is a bit too yellow (incandescent lighting - a common photography problem). If you add a cooling color filter, it will help this a lot.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)This is a really interesting profile shot. Great crop.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)It's a bit too blurry (the nose stud especially), but a cute photo.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Funny, how just the nose, without the rest of the dog, can become an "Awww, cute!" photo. Good crop!
(5 years and 3033 days ago)It is truly a classic and beautiful nose. I love this photo!
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Nice work, but it's a bit too obviously photoshopped, because there is no texture to her skin. Removing blemishes and discoloration is one thing, removing all traces of skin pores is another. You might try to add the tiniest bit film grain or noise to the skin to make it less mask-like. Beautiful coloring, though.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Stunning construction, beautiful detail, even of the tiniest parts. Very nicely done!
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Beautiful 3D render, but the tree is terribly short from the perspective you've made, and the cane itself, which is VERY realistic looking, looks too short for it's huge size in comparison to the miniature tree. Grandma must be a midget...
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Check out a "real world" cane that is similar:
http://www.balboapharmacy.com/Canes.aspx
Really nice work, it just needs a tiny bit of adjustment.
Great concept, but the cane looks like it is behind the stone, rather than coming out from the top of it.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)The "fog" is a bit too heavy for the image, and is distracting, making the columns more dominant that your focal point, the cane.
The rounded baseboard where the wall meets the floor is a bit too large and prominent, even with the heavy fog...
The texture of the columns is beautiful, and the video SBS is very well done, except for the end, which shows too much menu, and not enough of the image you've made.
Overall, this is a good render, it just needs a bit of tweaking to be outstanding.
Much improved, author, now the nose is the focal point, and is not competing with the shadow for attention.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Nice crop. Looks better, with your focal point more, well, focal...
(5 years and 3033 days ago)The blue stripes by the mouth are inconsistent with the rest of the image - They look like some are growing out of her face, with only one coming out of her mouth, but the blue lower lip makes that look weird, as well. The blur on the left hand side doesn't help. This just doesn't illustrate your concept as well as it could.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)Nice lighting on the dark side of the cup. You can still make out the detail.
(5 years and 3033 days ago)It's angled just a bit too much, and looks more sideways, than artistic. The photo would be better in portrait, rather than landscape orientation. It's a good shot without the extreme angle, the rainy window makes a powerful backdrop for the beverage...
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Just a wee bit too much dead space at the top, but a beautiful photo, none the less.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)This is a truly lovely photo, with great clarity. It's very serene looking, I like it very much!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)It's almost like an optical illusion, my eyes "vibrate" looking at it!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)What an imaginative photo, love it! Two profiles for the price of one nose!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Great concept, but a bit too heavy on the filter effects, especially the poster edges. You might try painting the dark artifacts out a bit more.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)I'm not talking the hair, author, I'm talking the overall low value of the top part of the image - The forehead is barely visible, the tone is so dark.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)People have certainly shown they are willing to die for Faith over the centuries...Good capture of the contest concept!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)A bit too cut and paste with the color patterns too repeated and regular. This would be stronger if you flipped the repeats and used Hue and Saturation to vary the colors somewhat.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Now if I could just see where my ball landed...lolol! Beautiful landscape, very on theme and well composed!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)A lot of work in this one, but the results are stunning.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Now THERE is a unique nose shape you don't see very often. What ethnicity (if you know) is that man? I'd say Gallic (French) in his family tree. It's beautiful!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Very nice lighting to enhance the profile. Good job.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)A bit too dark around the edges - The bottom looks too much like a dark line, which draws the eye away from the focal point of the swans and emphasizes the excess dead space on the sides. It would look stronger to just crop the sides, and lighten the "mood" by about half.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Would have been better without the cigarette. The high contrast of the white makes it dominate the photo much more than the nose ring, which is far more interesting...
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Beautiful photo, "too" well focused, but not from a photographic viewpoint, just a personal "EEEK!" one...How far away were you in real life?
(5 years and 3034 days ago)What beautiful patterning on it. Here in the USA, they are generally a solid, dark purple, and somewhat boring to look at.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Very nice composition, the positioning at an angle really helps the visual movement.
I would clone out the white bra straps, but otherwise, this is a very good effort!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Wonderful facial expression! Nice drawing, good colors.
(5 years and 3034 days ago)Brazil's national drink...Looks very cold and refreshing...Very nice capture of the "sweat" on the glass!
(5 years and 3034 days ago)This is so weird and surreal, but beautifully done!
(5 years and 3035 days ago)Very nice focus and lighting. Is this in a perforated steel colander? I have one, and they are far superior to the "regular" kind, don't you think?
(5 years and 3035 days ago)Great lighting and focus. It makes me slightly uncomfortable looking at him, and I don't want to put my hands too close to the monitor...lol!
(5 years and 3035 days ago)A bit dark at the top, which looks kind of weird, but a cute nose!
