Very good effort, this looks "realistic" for an unreal situation!

It seems warped and off kilter. The fact that it is at an angle, rather than perpendicular, does not enhance the image, but contributes to the odd look of it.

Camera lens distortion? The squirrel seems warped at the top, while the moss looks okay at the bottom.

I love the simplicity of it. The only thing that bothers my eyes are the two competing shades of cyan and blue. Black would work better than the cyan, or perhaps yellow outlined with black, but the cyan just clashes a bit too much, visually.

The fur on the nose just looks weird. It doesn't look like it's growing from the face, it looks pasted on.

The lighting on the front of the woman is inconsistent with the lighting on the crayons, which is from above and far less intense. The edges are a bit too sharp, enhancing the "cut and paste" effect of this, and by blurring the crayons, the perspective is thrown completely out of whack, since the red crayon is at the same depth as the blurred ones next to it...

I thought it was broken glass. Some subjects are not meant for B&W, you need color to provide contrast, especially with transparent objects, like gelatine and glass...

The eye doesn't really look like part of the tree, it looks too cut and paste. Perhaps a different layer mode would help.
