I really like the colors and depth of this photo!

The dark area on the right does not match in tone to the rest of the image, it looks too blue and does not add anything to the mood or composition. You'd be better off cropping the sides and reducing the fireworks' bokeh effect to squeeze it back into the image.

It's a very interesting effect, but it's not a sketch as the contest describes...At best, it is a layer mask scribble, so is Off Topic for this contest.
The background is okay, since the body would be your main focal point, but the scribble itself is unimpressive, since there is no direction or emphasis with the technique, just an "any direction" bunch of marks.

Sorry author, but no. You've made some color adjustments to Obama's skin, resulting in a weird pinkish patch on the side of his nose and his cheek, and have lost some of the cyan tones on the face, while keeping them on his ears..."Bad complexion" is one thing, inconsistent coloring is another.

As for the hand drawn hair, it looks it. There is no skin visible at all beneath the eyebrows - Even the thickest hair shows small bits of the face along the edges - and the color of the hair on the head (as well as the eyebrows) shows far too little gray to correspond with the basically white beard...

Author, if you are "not trying to make her black," then what ARE you attempting in this contest? The theme is "ethnicity," not just "heavy tan color."

Ethnicity goes beyond making the skin dark and the white of the eyes too bright...

The contest description clearly states:

What features are you exploring with this entry???

The extreme distortion of the one wrestler is distracting, and you've placed the ring ropes on the left to intersect the top of one of the knee wraps. I'd forgo the strange back and butt distortion, and reposition the ropes a bit higher.

I'd also strongly consider repositioning the referee. Either the warped wrestler is standing on a box, or the ref has no lower legs...

The background is a bit too dark, you can't really make out much of the house, and Alfred is terribly oversaturated - he's almost lobster red. But it's still a very interesting image.

If you paint some "wet reflection" on her (or use the Plastic Wrap filter on a duplicate layer of her, then make that into a Layer Mask filled with black, and then judiciously paint the reflections you want onto her with a white brush), it will help with her looking so dry.
You might also want to have some water dripping off of her hat...
The Liquify Tool will help you make the dress less fluffy and dry, and more clingy and wet.
There is no hope for the out of place maple leaves except to get rid of them. They truly look odd in this image...
