The outer glow looks a bit out of place, and there's a bit too much "dead space" between the title and the subject, but a nice entry anyway!

The smoke needs a bit of work, it looks like a Nike "swoosh" logo pasted on top of your entry, but otherwise, this is great.

I think all the sheep entries should have the black sheep wearing some sort of hat. It definitely perks him up in every one!

The rainbow and sparkle look strange suddenly beginning in front of the winged horse, there is no source of where it comes from. And since it is on top of the flying image, it is not a "path," but something overlaid on top of them...Visually confusing.

The "pedestal" the dragon is sitting on lacks depth. Even in high res, the dragon appears to be floating, rather than sitting on it. The shading under the dragon is causing this, as you have dark shadows on his belly, but the pedestal is light colored. The diagonal light shining down from the upper LH corner compounds the inconsistency.

You can try smart sharpen on the foliage layer, but it will leave "halo" artifacts...
In general, avoid the smudge tool.

I'd paint out that horizontal road and the lines beneath it, and if you must have a road, make one that curves from the tree up to the right over the "mountain."

Beautiful color scheme, but the composition really needs some work...
The tree trunk looks nice, but everything else is quite blurry looking, especially the tree leaves. The odd horizontal lines in the lower third are confusing and distracting (but not enough to overcome the blurriness), and the white road visually cuts your image into two pieces.

You have the ground so dark that nothing can be seen, which is not consistent with a full moon, especially one that large in the sky...

The hardware store sign is skewed at too extreme an angle for the background image, it looks like it is "floating" separate from the building it should be attached to at a 45 degree angle. It is also too warm in tone compared to the other lights in the scene, and does not show any of the "glow" effect of the other lights.

Other than the glaring inconsistency of that sign, this is a very nice image, and a good effort.

You did not freehand the subject, you traced it.

That is not to take away from the beauty of the image, just a point of clarification, as tracings, like reference images and tutorial studies, should be labeled as such when entered into competitions.

The shading would look better if it was all in the same direction. The "scribble scrabble" random directions make this look a bit too crude.

The back of the skull appears "missing," with the top of the head only attached at the back of the jaw, and the neck scales seem to change direction - they are pointing upwards, suddenly, before they just "fade away" into a blur.

This is a very interesting drawing, but you should work on it a bit more for visual consistency.

There's a slight outline where you've cut the feet from the background. The rainbow background you've added also looks very flat, with no shading or depth to match the feet so obviously pasted on top. Perhaps a very slight bit of shadow to correspond with the feet will help.

Butts may differ, but NONE of them have the leg going up into the crease as you've rendered it...The left "cheek" is larger and hangs lower than the deformed right one with the poor right leg caught in the middle.

She/he looks odd with no arms...

Beautifully sculpted, but the flowers look quite flat, almost like a cardboard cutout set into the chest. The flowers are all show the same depth, with only the outlines to separate them.

The pearls also look a bit odd, like they are on firm wire, rather than strung together. They don't drape, as much as they appear stiffly posed.
