The filter effect on the foreground looks very inconsistent with the background. You should either make it all filtered or none.
(5 years and 3353 days ago)Truly beautiful! I especially appreciate the rainbow ring. Quite traditional in a new digital form. Very well done!
(5 years and 3353 days ago)The plastic filter is a bit too heavy for the image, but I love the concept and the use of pattern fills!
(5 years and 3354 days ago)The lighting on the castle does not match the lighting on the mushrooms. You can adjust it a bit with Selective Color, and then using the Lighting Effects Filter on the castle as a separate image and then importing it back into your mushroom image.
(5 years and 3354 days ago)Nice work. Very imaginative!
(5 years and 3354 days ago)You need to notify the mods by putting your reply into the Red Flag box below and then clicking it. Posting it as a comment may not work, and your entry may be "de-activated" until you correct whatever they notified you about.
(5 years and 3355 days ago)How delightful! VERY imaginative and well done!
(5 years and 3355 days ago)The cut off corners are a bit odd, but this is a very nice effort. Good recovery.
(5 years and 3355 days ago)Very calming effect.
(5 years and 3355 days ago)Still can't really see the bird's movement, and your lighting is reversed, with the bird lit from above and behind right, while the table is lit from below and the left.
(5 years and 3355 days ago)Really nice environment around the phone.
(5 years and 3355 days ago)The gold color is a bit too saturated and orange, though. It's not golden, nor tarnished brass, it's just, well, orange. A bit less saturation and less red would give it a more natural tone.
Looks a bit odd without zipper pulls to be separating the teeth. Very interesting concept, though!
(5 years and 3356 days ago)Much better! You can clearly make out the woman, and the motion looks more "moving," to fit the statement.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)Great improvement!
A background would have been nice.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)The front of the neck is a bit too blurry, but the rest of the image is quite nice.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)LOVE the title and the psychopathic bunny! Great job!
(5 years and 3357 days ago)That chocolate looks delicious! Nice work.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)Great lines, I like this one! Nice work.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)Great lines, I like this one! Nice work.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)I can't make out what is flying. It looks like either just a bird wing, or a dead bird. Now that I studied your SBS, I can barely make out the woman, but the wings are too large and overdominate the woman, making the image very hard to "read" without seeing the SBS...
(5 years and 3357 days ago)Perhaps you could give her face and hair a bit more contrast.
The background is too blurry. It looks like everything is moving in this piece, with nothing stationary except the tip of the gun.
(5 years and 3357 days ago)This is LOVELY! Very nicely done!
(5 years and 3357 days ago)Really nice.
(5 years and 3358 days ago)I wish there were some warm tones in it, though. It's too blue.
Nice lighting.
(5 years and 3358 days ago)The underside of the birdhouse throws the perspective out of whack. I'd remove it and bring the post up a bit more.
The motion blur in front of the plane makes it look like it's flying backwards away from the viewer...
(5 years and 3359 days ago)The white highlights are a bit distracting. In Photoshop, Image>Adjustments>Selective Color>White will help you adjust them down without affecting the rest of the image.
(5 years and 3359 days ago)Well done. Nice lighting!
(5 years and 3359 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3360 days ago)Love the fact that you were able to manipulate it to look like it's spinning so quickly!
(5 years and 3360 days ago)I like the odd angle. I had to look at the image for a few seconds to "get" it, and then when I did, it was somewhat surprising/shocking! Good job!
(5 years and 3360 days ago)The RH side of the frame looks a bit "chewed up," And the white under the elephant's head looks a bit odd, but a nice conservation poster!
(5 years and 3360 days ago)The white edge on the lower RH side of the background makes it visually confusing, as it then is hard to discern from the framing. It needs a bit of trimming, whether you leave the "chewed" effect or not.
Really nice blend, the fly looks embedded quite realistically.
(5 years and 3361 days ago)With the motion blur in front of the bus, it looks like it's more on the way to smashing into that car behind it...It's very humorous this way, although it may not be your intention...
(5 years and 3361 days ago)Nicely done!
A bit too high contrast. It's almost too bright to look at...Generally you only want to use "bright white" (with no toning or shading) very sparingly as highlight accents. Also, the columns look crooked, throwing the angle of the image off.
(5 years and 3361 days ago)Well done, looks good.
(5 years and 3361 days ago)Great movement effect! Great photo.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)The lighter rectangle is a bit distracting, but it's still very impressive.
Generally, ANYTHING you see on a Google Image Search can be considered "all rights reserved," and you can't use it without direct permission from the photographer...
(5 years and 3362 days ago)You can remove the image under "My Contest Entries" under "My Stuff" in the top Menu Bar.
Great concept, but the paint is too "solid" on the elephant skin. Perhaps changing the Level mode to "soft light," or reducing the opacity would let more of the skin texture show through, looking more realistic.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)This is creepy, yet very cute!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)The white outline is distracting, though. If you mean it to be rim lighting, I suggest you blur or feather it more, so the edges are not so hard.
VERY creative, Happy Halloween!
Really well done for a CBR.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)VERY well done! Gets an instant "Awwwww!"
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Really nice work, good lighting and color!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)This is BEAUTIFUL!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)But you can't use Google Images, unless they are from a royalty-free site, and then you still have to source cite it to prove that the copyright holder doesn't mind you using it...
Perhaps you can find similar versions at Everystockphoto.com or other "free" stock reference photo sites.
Cute, but Bart Simpson is a trademark and copyright of Twentieth Century Fox, even if he's made out of typeface. I think you need a copyright release.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)It looks terrifying, yet enticing. I'd ride it!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Nice texturing inside the pumpkins. Good work.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Nice changes.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Doesn't matter if the heads come out of a neck, off the leg, or the back.
One is ONE. Three is NOT ONE.
Math is not hard, here. The rules were plain enough, and the reason I pointed them out to you (REPEATEDLY) was NOT to "kick out your work," so much as to get you to understand that your efforts were NOT going to do well in this contest if they did not follow the rules. The longer you refused to "conform" to the contest, the more low votes you would get for a "bad" entry.
Had I wished you ill, I could have said nothing, just reported your entry, and let the mods yank it...
Do not assume the worst of people who attempt to help you.
Your explanation did nothing to change the fact that your previous entry was not following the contest rules, it was just arguing why you thought you didn't have to follow them. Telling people to cherish what they create is MOOT when what you create does not fit where you have entered it. Rather you should learn to not cherish your creations SO much, that you refuse to see reason when it is clearly pointed out to you.
Best of success to you with your new entry.
Interesting lighting effect. Nice mood. I just hope a train doesn't come along...
(5 years and 3363 days ago)ONE octopus body can only have an octopus head. Since you have the majority of a person on top, that's TWO. Add in the dogs, and you have THREE...
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Read my first comment again..."One person OR animal."
Not one person AND one animal.
Not one person AND two animals.
You need to use JUST ONE person OR animal for this. That means body AND heads. You have mixed TWO animals AND one person for this. You've mixed heads AND bodies, and no matter how you understand it, you're using more than ONE...
"Mixing heads" is pretty self explanatory. Since you are using dogs heads AND a person's head, you are mixing...
"..you need to use JUST ONE person or animal for this, so MIXING HEADS FROM DIFFERENT BEINGS is not allowed."
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Really nice creation, but doesn't fit in this contest...
