Nice looking bread. You can still work on the composition suggestions of those above by some judicious cropping. I would recommend taking some from the left (to where the blue cutting board touches the bottom frame) and some from the top to keep proportion. This will draw the eye to the bread, and only have a little area of blue and white for contrast. Good luck.

Nice try but Rbsgrl is right : background is very important. The bread crumbs, the towel ...
I know the rules are made to be bypassed but the color blue and food are not good friends !
The cropping is also too tight on the top left part. Either you cut the bread, either you let it breath.

The red can at the top right part distracts from the subject.
The lines of the background are interessant but should fill your whole picture.
The biggest problem here is the lack of focus.
IMHO, I think you sould re-shot it or (as rbsgrl said) crop it. Remember that you do not have to show entire breads ... Why not crop on it ?

If possible, you may want to consider re-shooting. The photo is a bit out of focus and you always want to remember that your background is as important as the subject you are shooting. If you can't reshoot, maybe crop tighter and try sharpening a bit. Good luck author!

Creative and cool. Would love to have seen slightly softer edges to the vase and where wall meets surface. Perhaps a slight soft darkening on right side of edge of vase to show more cylindrical shape...but nonetheless...very nice job.

Good design but rather flat looking, needs shadow under the vase, the stem should be leaning on the opposite side inside the vase as the weight of the flowers would designate

These are interesting parts, but the paper and the table edge are distracting from your subject. Perhaps try reshooting and resubmit. The lighting and shadows might be very interesting. Just my opinion. Good luck.
