The tilt of the lines, combined with the blurry person, hurts the focal point of your image (library). You can't help the motion blur, but you should straighten the crop for this using the ceiling horizontal as your benchmark, rotating the photo slightly to the right to correct the downward left tilt.

It's a nice shot, but I don't think it's on theme.

The rules are : shoot anything that starts with "L". In your shot, there's nothing begining with "L" ... I know you shot it at the Louvres, but imagine I shoot a children and I tell that I shot him in a Laundry ... will it be on theme ?

Great shot, but contrast is a little too high IMO, highlights are blown, and shadows too dark.Could also use a slight straightening.

Black and whites are lovely, but this one doesn't quite make it, Contrast is usually a good thing in a B/W but in this the the highlights are too light. The focus is not the best, looks like a bit of camera shake to me.

Well, for sure, rules are made to be transgressed, but one of the basical rule of photography is to let space in front of your subject if he goes or watch in a direction.
The problem here is that the little girl jumps to the right and as there's no space on his right, I have the feeling that she's going to jump on a wall (represented by the edge of the picture).

Strange framing ! You should have let the space free in front of the child, not behind.
