Nice chop Mundolopez. If it was blended a little better without such hard lines, it would have scored higher.
(5 years and 619 days ago)It is a story of a young life and of longing.
(5 years and 622 days ago)What's the story? I haven't had someone tell me a story in quite some time.
(5 years and 622 days ago)the child looks stuck on and the focus on her is fuzzy but the idea is so wonderful and creative.
(5 years and 629 days ago)Oh the story the story the story it tugs at my heart and I love the sepia tone.
(5 years and 629 days ago)Nice chop now gimme some candy.
(5 years and 635 days ago)I agree. It's a disturbing Chop.
(5 years and 635 days ago)Little more effort Mundolopez, and this could have scored high. It was a great idea.
(5 years and 635 days ago)The cap should have the same perspective as the bottom of the jar. In other words, it would be tipped toward the viewer so some of the upper part would be visible.
(5 years and 639 days ago)The selection around the lion's head could use some work.
(5 years and 639 days ago)simple, but great chop... looks really realistic WD! Pix xx
(5 years and 642 days ago)nice ... however, don't see the purpose of the 'chain' - if its holding the island that would mean it's not 'floating'! ..
(5 years and 642 days ago)Yes, as Zizounai said, the coins are not cut out well. It won't take much time to trace around them with a lasso, or use the pen tool to make the curved lines around them. There's not much contrast or hard edges in the coins, but you still may be able to use the Quick Select Tool. You have a really good idea, and it brought a smile to my face on how you used the cash register.
(5 years and 646 days ago)Good luck Author. Hope you can save your entry. It is a bit of a challenge to get the hang of it here, but once you do this place is the bestest. If you need more help you can ask questions here. The mods are friendly and the people are helpful. You can even PM a mod for guidance using this link http://www.pxleyes.com/pm/Pxleyes%20Moderator%20Team/
(5 years and 646 days ago)FYI when you go to your "PROFILE" link at the top (rightish) of the page, and then click "my messages" you will see the link to "( PM the moderators )".
Yes Author please do post some steps and if possible a (much) higher resolution of the final image.
(5 years and 649 days ago)The idea is very good, but your image is too small. We should be able to watch it in HD: get the size of the whole screen with one click, and then to explore details with even closer views. You should bring more care to the cut of the coins too.
(5 years and 652 days ago)What CMYK46 is trying to say is that you do not need to post your sources in the SBS, a link is enough.
(5 years and 653 days ago)The SBS is just there
-a- IF you want to explain how you made an entry this is voluntary.
-b- IF you made your entry with just the source and no extra sources an SBS is mandatory.
-c- IF a mod asks for it.
However you'll need to post ALL your sources, so far there's only the clouds.
Author, the purpose of a Step-by-step guide is so you can show how your image was constructed.
(5 years and 653 days ago)Nice work, the face does give a feeling of it painted on not like your baby mundo face. I like the colours here....fun.
(5 years and 654 days ago)this caused me to laugh out loud. I LOVE IT. It sits somewhere between cute and disastrous.
(5 years and 654 days ago)You can't remove your entry and leave a white page, you'll get low votes and we won't remove your entry unless you post the original again. You can correct your image with acceptable sources however. Search the recommended sites like Pixabay or one of the others found here: http://www.pxleyes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5644
(5 years and 659 days ago)You can find safe images of Godzilla here: https://www.flickr.com/search/?advanced=1&license=1%2C2%2C9%2C10&text=godzilla just don't use illustrations and check the license for the photo you select. You can send me a PM if you aren't sure and I'll check it for you. Be sure to read that forum post I gave you the link for and also check out the Guide found here: http://www.pxleyes.com/courses/guide/
Sources are copyrighted. Please see: http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/2009/06/how-and-where-to-find-legal-source-images/ and http://www.pxleyes.com/guidelines/photoshop/
(5 years and 660 days ago)Please do not post the original sources in the SBS, just a link (as you did) is OK.
(5 years and 660 days ago)When posting them in the SBS we are basically redistributing those sources, which in some cases is not allowed.
The SBS is here to post your intermediate steps.
Good luck with your entry
When ever you use your own image it must be added as a step to a step by step. Hover your mouse over profile, and click on "my entries", click on the entry you want to edit and you will see a button to add a step by step.
(5 years and 660 days ago)It's recommended that you read the Pxleyes Guide found here: http://www.pxleyes.com/courses/pxleyes-guide/
Please add the selfie to a step by step.
(5 years and 660 days ago)Please add the selfie to your step by step, also as the photo of the baby appears also to be yours please add it to the sbs and state that it is your photo. Please do not link to facebook pages.
