While perhaps stretching the rules here, at least its a site worthy photograph of some quality.

Umm,
Your subjects are blurred because of movement but, why is all your stationary background moving?
You may want to re-shoot this using a tripod because all we have here is a shakey snapshot.

I have viewed this entry multiple times and just have to comment.
This shot lacks suitable quality in focus, exposure, composition, color, etc.
The purpose of these comments is to help the author improve the quality of their entry to be competitive.
I have no suggestions for improvements on this entry beyond a re-shoot with something better than a cellphone in order for this shot to be remotely competitive.
I do not mean do be harsh, just constructively honest. -Sorry!

For me, the sky is too blown out and detracts from the beautiful colors below. I would either:
A) Tweak the contrast/brightness/gamma to recover the sky detail or
B) Crop the image to exclude the sky/horizon making the colors in the foreground your focal point.

Honestly, I appreciate the desire to take part in these contests but,
is this not way sub-par and counter to the goal of this site?
Just my opinion.

Nice sunset photo but the phallic umbrella totally distracts from the main subject (chairs) which are underexposed.
Maybe cropping out the umbrella and brightening up the chairs would improve the composition.
