The black.brown on the lips and chin dont look in place, the teeth are really good, but I would get rid of the gooey stuff.

His right eye is not very realistic, its too white, add some red veins and it will make the whole picture look good, nice job on the smile

Nice, I really like it, hard to find flaws but I will try I would suggest that the background baloons get blurred a little to add perspective.

Cool idea, the rings around the babys head need to be erased a little on the back right side, so they go behind the head

I really liked the idea as I scrolled down the page, then it got to the head you drew and it took away from the image, I am not sure how to improve but I think it needs work, sorry to be rude.
