mmmm yummy, I could eat all those up right now. Glad you decide to go with the eyes as well, adds a little to the scene the other entries are currently missing. If I had to criticise and you have time to re-shoot I would say that the letters should be in the same format as the PXL in the logo, i.e. a single line L with a bulge at the top.

Excellent entry as always from you author, I like the attention to detail you have gone to when preparing this shot, even wearing rubber gloves and everything.

I understand your message here, I myself have used flour to create a perception of drugs, but the colours are taking away the realism here, which may be intentional but I would change the colour balance to reduce the yellows and make the "powder" more white. you'll get a better effect that way.

The detail is just great, the fangs are an amasing colour. You can almost make out the camera in the eyes too. I wouldn't get that close unless it was a variety I knew for sure could 'jump'

Is that a black widow? It almost looks like the hourglass shaped red mark on its underbelly there. The focus could be a little sharper. Nice shot regardless.

I would darken the image just a little. maybe increase the contrast. If you adjust the image just dont lose the really cool texture of the eyes, they are awesome!

Its a cool angle and maybe you just wanted to share, but its lacking compared to other entries.

Dragonflys are so amazing, i'd love it if the prehistoric versions were still around at wopping great sizes like 3ft I think.
