Looking at step 1 you like 3D for one of the same reasons I do. I can't draw to save myself but in 3D I can come up with some cool images

Doing the same thing but with a smaller light source or perhaps setting the camera to take in less light will produce a better image.

I would say that you should take the texture that you've used on the table may and make it 1 tile rather than the 9 you have here, It would look more realistic.

Its quite nice and I like that theme but the painting looks odd to me, I think that if you were to make the whole thing sketched it would look better, like a painting someone who actually display on their wall.

I think the material for the egg white is a little too transparent, I'd add a little grey to it.

I dont know if the glass is magnifying it but the cherry looks to big to me, otherwise its a really cool model good luck.

Hey, you need to get rid of 2 of the man made objects for it to be on theme, I suggest the cookie cutter thing and the little goblet thing.

This is very... "I took this shot a while back and was just messing around," rather than something taken with photographic considerations in mind. I think you could do much better taking a fresh shot and paying attention to the lighting and composition.

Hrm if these have not been consumed by now I would make the set-up more interesting. I would like to see something other than a stack. Take them all out and build an epic pyramid, that would look good.

Which one of these is a beer? The first two glasses look like vodka lemonades or some such and the next glass might be beer but if so... why ruin a good beer by putting ice in it!?

If I were you I would flip this on the horizontal, most people read a picture from left to right subconsciously so its better if the interesting part is on the left of the shot, thats my 2 cents anyway, Awesome shot.

Nice house, the tree looks like its just stuck under it rather than supporting it though. Not sure how your program works but i'd suggest you increase the size of the tree substantially, chop off the top of it then sit the house on there and get rid of the base with the staircases.

lol its not hand writing MnM, at least if it is, then its way to perfect and all the letters have been done identically ie. the 't's are all identical to the letter. I am guessing you printed onto paper and then did the set up. Not that this takes anything away. Nice shot.

They author, sorry but there is still a lot of grey in this and I checked in photoshop if you turn the whole image into straight black and white it does not turn out well, I suggest replacing it with another picture soon.

I just downloaded the high res and carried on increasing contrast until it was only solid black and white and this still looks really good so I suggest you do that before its removed.

Nice concept, but this entry could be so much better if you can produce a better render. not sure how your software works for that, I use c4d. But if its similar I would suggest increasing the resolution to 300dpi. Also I think a target light focused on the USB and placed above and too the right would be a better set up, perhaps if it were to be set on hard shadows also.

I agree with Kyricom and Ade, Its a lovely shot, and i'm sure another contest will come when you can use it, but not here.

Cheating just seems really low, I think you know what I mean, 3 favourites and they are all from accounts which have never made a single entry and surprisingly all the favourites from these accounts only point to your work.
