My opinion - the bird is just a touch too large.....making it appear that it's intended flight path is closer to us, and will thereby miss the knight all together. Reduce the size of the bird for increased scale and perspective.

Color values on bird & background are the same...your image would be much better with a contrasting background.

Pretty cool, but you might want to make the shadows on the knight match the shadows on the bird

Maybe a reshoot at a higher F stop (F22 rather than F4) to get the tines all in focus also re-crop to include the whole of the fork in the foreground --IMHO

Would look much better with the background people cloned out!?....

might consider cropping that a bit more closely. You could get rid of all the man-made stuff at the edges and have a pretty impressive landscape (might keep the small buildings in the distance at the bottom)

Yes it is, take care to the white edge all over the griffin wings, you could remove it by selecting the wings, go to selection, modify, and contract, 2 pixels should be enough for it. Moreover, if you wish to improve it better, you could darken the griffin body in front of the right wing (check the light from where it comes from), making it darker would reduce the visibility of the sharpen edge of the wing. Next, use the dodge tool on the upper-back side of the griffin head and on the feathers too, it will give the impression of being hit by the light from the background.

Nice idea. Would be good to have some more supporting elements on stage, like a microphone or hint of a band (musician/instrument) to the right - in her line of sight.
