--to erikuri-- it's because as the level of the brick come closer to, and level with the viewers 'eye-line' the bricks would lose the circular perspective shape... then lower than 'eye-line' the effect would begin again in the opposite direction. NICE WORK though... good idea

nice but i think dropping the opacity of the 'outer glow' halo on your moon might give a more realistic effect, and the moon is falling to earth aaarrrgghgh(in front of clouds!). (IMO)

nice ... little tip - on the layer for the stiches, if you add a layer effect of 'pillow emboss' (keep size numbers small)it gives the cord a 3d feel, and gives that tight look cutting slightly into the skin!

think if you have a photorealistic background the image object also needs to be realistic, otherwise use or create a 'cartoony' background and the 'object' will fit better. Only my opinion mind you, good idea though !!
