I like the idea. IMO you should delete the out of focus bubbles and make the ones come out of the turtle smaller. Correct the reflections on the bowl. If it is underwater there should be no window reflections on it.

Nice effect, doesn;t seem frozen to me though, you could try making the image more complicated, maybe by adding some icicles or try reading a tutorial on how to create snowflakes to give the illusion that it's snowing. All those little things would really help to sell the effect. Good luck!

Not bad, but there should be more color...

Nice drawing, but there are some things that dont look right. For instance the mouth is too small and too high. There are some basic rules when drawing a head/face, its a good idea to study them.

the muscle alpaca does not have hoofs (anymore?) so I figure that stone between the toes is o.k. you did a fantastic job.

This is just FANTASTIC.... there is one thing.. (AND IT'S in NO WAY YOUR WORK).. there's a stupid gray stone between his toes that's part of the original picture and in low res it looks like a mistake in his hoof.. only if you have time.. could you clone that little booger out of there.. only if you have time (it drives me crazy in low res) LOL GREAT WORK
