eww love the placement on the paris placemat
(5 years and 3295 days ago)Bob, didn't you know that this contraption was specifically built for the man they call 'the weather man' as he was born with no legs, only a torso and a head. He built it extra elaborate to make up for his lack of... well... um... legs hehe
(5 years and 3297 days ago)Nice chop btw.
Quite a dramatic shot with this angle and the gloomy looking sky. Could also be that it looks like that huge building could topple over like a jenga tower at any minute!
(5 years and 3297 days ago)I have to agree with Crystle. If you want to make it a shirt you need to significantly dull down or remove the nipple, alternatively remove the stitching and smudge the edges and call it body paint... then it would make sense that the nipple was still so prevalent.
(5 years and 3297 days ago)I really like the effect, and when I first looked at it I thought it was intentional. I wouldn't own up to the mistake if I were you
(5 years and 3298 days ago)Have to completely disagree with you Keiley. I think this you are taking the word 'feeling' to literally, not the emotional aspect of feeling which is (I think) the intended message. Nice job author.
(5 years and 3299 days ago)Love the colours, and the 'pose' of the snail. Beautiful image.
(5 years and 3299 days ago)Certainly still counts as on theme, but unfortunately the photo is really grainy and not too clear.
(5 years and 3299 days ago)Reallly like this one! The images in the droplets from the background make this really stand out!
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Like what you did to the nose, but it's so blown out we cant appreciate any of the details.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Really like it, I think I would have toned down the colour just a little, but still a really cool chop!
(5 years and 3300 days ago)I agree with friiskiwi, but I think it still work ok with this shot
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Nice image, but I really think the water droplet is not the focus of the shot.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Very nice action shot
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Lovely, looks great in B&W.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Really cool effect, I like that you can still clearly see the actual image as well as the light trails.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Love the surreal image, very well put together and a great overall feel. Good job on the SBS too.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)This looks really cool! Like a glass bead curtain Works really well on the plain grey backdrop.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Cartainly doesn't harm anyone, it actually looks really cool. Love the effect it has on the walls and floor.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)Nice image, I think he might need a littlew more than his lil umbrella though
(5 years and 3300 days ago)I see your point Mark, but personally I think the lipstick makes for a great point of interest. Something that makes this stand out from all the rest.
(5 years and 3300 days ago)And yes, you are an old fart... but an old fart with a good eye for photography nonetheless
Nice job, the refracted image in the droplet is really sharp.
(5 years and 3301 days ago)Shock art is one term, GROSS is another That looks like it was rediculously painful, burst your toe like a baloon...
(5 years and 3301 days ago)Author, I think you should not enter this contest as the face only fills 78% of the frame, so remove it and give the rest of us a chance
(5 years and 3301 days ago)Seriously though, this is a great shot, I like everything about it from the makeup, the accentuated colours and the oof hair. A genuine contender here.
This is really good, something different. I love that he's even so lazy that he tries to change the channel with his 'feet'
(5 years and 3301 days ago)Love it, cool makeup and a great pose.
(5 years and 3301 days ago)Not the most attractive specimen I've ever seen, but there is certainly a lot of detail and, um... character.
(5 years and 3302 days ago)A bit fuzzy and lacking focus/detail unfortunately. With a better capture, this could have some real potential as the makeup is very strong
(5 years and 3302 days ago)Nice idea, and it is all blended well. Not sure about the giraffe having fingers... but I guess it's a bit hard to hold a fork with hooves
(5 years and 3302 days ago)I think the man is looking a little too high (and not really sure why he needs binoculars from that distance ) but otherwise looks like a nice clean chop - even if high-res image is still a bit too small to see the real details.
(5 years and 3302 days ago)I like it, instantly recognisable as an empty beer glass. A nice clear shot too, I just hope people dont get too picky about this being OT. Just remember everyone, the residue inside the glass is still technically beer
(5 years and 3302 days ago)Wow, cool job. I've never tried light painnting but I imagine getting an image as precise as this took a few tries! This must have been a pretty long exposure to give you time to draw all that too.
(5 years and 3302 days ago)Just what I was thinking Bob. It took me a little while to work out what I was looking at - but once I figured it out I went 'wow', this is really good. A little more contrast would just make for a more instant wow
(5 years and 3302 days ago)Yep, this is a great find, and the lighting works really well with the subject. Nice job.
(5 years and 3302 days ago)I'm gonna take a stab here and say that's not a real diamond
(5 years and 3303 days ago)A unique take on the theme, I like that!
(5 years and 3303 days ago)You might want to consider using a source of light other than your camera's flash. It would look better without the harsh shadow on the backdrop. There are some nice contours on this statue which would be well brought out by some lighting from the left of picture.
(5 years and 3303 days ago)You clearly put a lot of effort into this and it shows. This is a great unque piece and looks fantastic.
(5 years and 3307 days ago)Love the colour. Great job
(5 years and 3307 days ago)Twisted sense of humour author... nice shot though.
(5 years and 3307 days ago)btw, you all HAVE to look at the eyes in high res before you vote. Sharp as a tack!
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Haha Mikael, I don't let little details like the fact that she's recently married, or on the other side of the world bother me!
(5 years and 3308 days ago)I couldn't ever date a girl who's lens was bigger than mine though.
Reckon I know who this is, you dragonfly fanatic!
(5 years and 3308 days ago)This is a gorgeous shot and will be hard to top.
Some great detail there, I can almost make out who the author is in high-res thanks to thos big reflective eyes
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Love the cheeky grin
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Congratulations!! And great detail in the shot too, he has nice clear skin for a 1 day old.
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Yes author, this would work much better as a visually 'softer' image. The blownout highlights are too bright and not pleasant to look at. I also dont know if you have added some gausian blur to the image or manipulated it in someway to make it less crisp, but I would undo that.
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Indeed, the rotten apple is off to the right (out of shot). Really well done author - love the thought... and the execution's not too shabby either .
(5 years and 3308 days ago)Love the creativity, the execution... just great!
(5 years and 3308 days ago)We all know what the issue is! I think you've done a great job making the shot suggestive but not offensive in any way.
(5 years and 3309 days ago)
