the inside part of the ribbon needs a little noise..it has no texture...will hold my vote

just a suggestion...i would find a skin texture source and set it to either overlay or softlight, desaturate it and reduce the opacity til it suits your taste...right now her face is a little blurry...if that doesnt work try adding a little noise to the face..good luck...
