Basically it's just the following: "My stuff" - "my contests" - "add step 1 to guide" and upload your picture.
You can see that in step 7 and 5
I also agree with ponti here. So maybe you could work on it a little bit more. And don't forget to mention your source for the couple. In case it is your picture, you have to upload an uncut version in your SBS. Good luck
