Yeppers! Much better author...ya did goooood.
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Wow, great imagination on this!
(5 years and 3237 days ago)I do have to agree though about the arms: it looks like your left arm (right as we view it) is either lacking the biceps area or if the angle is such that it is bent to where we can't see it, then it would also cover up the lower part of his deltoid (bottom part of the shoulder).
I think you have a winner here either way but it would outstanding if you could correct that somehow?
GL!
Totally agree with Momof4. It's all how you look at it and she saw it the same way I did.
(5 years and 3250 days ago)Emotions are just oozing out of this one. Grats!
I think they call that "Formation Flying" and I rather like the effect.
(5 years and 3252 days ago)Well done author!
I'm confused...has this image been changed? dewkid says this image is a copy but the link he posted does not look like this image except for the stone arch theme but even the stones are different. The 3 sources are easily identifiable in this piece.
(5 years and 3252 days ago)Was a correction or new chop put in place of another?
At this point I see no copyright issues here.
That link is to image shack, not to the source for the photo. (meaning you placed that image on imageshack but got it from somewhere else)
(5 years and 3256 days ago)To whom does this source picture BELONG to, or who actually took the photograph?
I actually like how this one is done. It almost has that "comic book" look to it. I like how you achieved that. Did you add some of your own coloring in the last step or so? (probably between steps 14 and 15?)
(5 years and 3259 days ago)GL author!
Just for reference greymval, isn't it a little presumptuous to assume we hold our votes until the author changes the image to how you like it? I rather thought it is spot on now.
(5 years and 3312 days ago)There is that chance that changing it could negatively effect voting too.
I believe this is a stunning image and needs no change. I also believe the author knew what they wanted in the image and achieved the desired effect.
2 words: HOLY COW!
(5 years and 3382 days ago)I'm not sure what some of the complaints are here. This is just flat-out AMAZING stuff.
(ok those were extra words but I couldn't help myself)
Drivenslush, your critique might be held in a higher regard if you didn't resort to petty remarks that have nothing to do with the work of this piece.
(5 years and 3393 days ago)Please go read the entire article provided. It fits all criteria and the work performed here seems to be top notch.
Opinions on what you consider scary are not only uncalled for, but irrelevant.
(or at least take it to the forums)
Author, well done as well as your SBS.
EXCELLENT work here Jadedink!
(5 years and 3430 days ago)Both pieces placed but I thought this one was a winner in my eyes.
(and you say you are not a vampire/werewolf/undead...but how do we KNOW this??)
Wow, I hope you are kidding there genuine2009. Because if you are not, you not only offended the author, but did so with malice and for no good reason.
(5 years and 3447 days ago)I assume you have gone head to head with this author and probably got your ass kicked enough for you to say something like you did?
You asked for suggestions? I have one: Give up some of your talent to those of us who can't do this great of work! We would love you for it!
(5 years and 3451 days ago)Excellent job with feel and mood here author.
(although I agree with CMYK about moving the subject just a little bit for the same reasons he gave)
Great work there bud. Excellent mood you created there! Apropos to the quote!
(5 years and 3611 days ago)Of all the work you've ever done, this is *THE* new number one. Just stunning!!
(5 years and 3611 days ago)Much better!
(5 years and 3676 days ago)I like this one! A couple of goofy things though from what I'm seeing: the sunlight would stop seeping into the room at the top of where the ceiling meets the farthest wall. Presently it is above that line a little bit? Also, it may be correct, but the top of the dark door on the right looks tilted and doesn't seem to match the ceiling line above it. Still, great job on this!
(5 years and 3678 days ago)Great work author. I wish the pedals would have had the light reflections coming from one direction, but it's still nice work.
(5 years and 3689 days ago)Very unique. Well done!
(5 years and 3689 days ago)Absolutely stunning work! Creative as well as great execution.
(5 years and 3693 days ago)Truly hilarious! And scary accurate too. If you've ever been on some radio stations you'll know this is spot on! Helluva job author! P.S...might this be a descendant of Howard Stern?
(5 years and 3725 days ago)Great humor author!!
(5 years and 3725 days ago)You realize that by just mirroring your image, the shadows are now totally screwed up?
(5 years and 3732 days ago)I knew it. I just knew it! Superb job oana!
(5 years and 3744 days ago)Yeppers...MUCH better looking (even if they aren't perfect according to the 3D program!). Well done again!
(5 years and 3769 days ago)Great work author! I must admit though..CM is correct in that the center mounted engine is not aligned correctly. It has about a 14-18 degree uptilt to the main body. I noticed this in your step 6. From this angle of the body we should not be able to see the bottom of the center motor but we can. Just a passing thought. Again, good stuff over all!! Good luck!
