I like this one. I think the colors work well with the composition. Lovely.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Well said, Author, and a heart-felt "you're welcome." Good luck in the contest. I think it's a piece that deserves more positive recognition.
(5 years and 3169 days ago)Hi there. You know, when I clicked this piece I honestly didn't expect to see the chain of arguments (or debate, if that's what you want to call it). I was surprised because, personally, I see absolutely nothing offensive about it. The final piece is spectacular and well done, particularly the lighting. And you know, perhaps the others didn't pick up on it, but to me it holds a representation of life and rebirth which is a neat image you captured from the source.
(5 years and 3169 days ago)Speaking of the source picture, I can understand how people are sensitive but I hope they overlook that and appreciate the end result, as shown here. Ultimately, you were creating a work of art and that's what's most important. Personally, I like it. I think it's very original and refreshing.
Aaw, yes he is cute. I like the style of this too, and the color choice.
(5 years and 3173 days ago)Absolutely gorgeous. Everything looks very professional.
(5 years and 3173 days ago)Wow, I like this a lot, especially the colors and the use of perspective.
(5 years and 3173 days ago)Nice composition. I appreciate the elegance of it and the scifi atmosphere it gives. Just for a bit of con-crit, I would have liked to see the smaller, descending ships just as spheres. Otherwise, I think this is very effective and creative. Very nice.
(5 years and 3173 days ago)Wow, your paintings are indeed incredible! I think the paint-spattered coat fits you well.
(5 years and 3176 days ago)Ah, I like this. I especially like how you managed to make the crocodile's skin flow so smoothly into the material of the shoe.
(5 years and 3176 days ago)I certainly think the idea is unique and it's pretty cool how you managed to mold a lifeless object into two beings that have a lot of life and movement. Very nice.
(5 years and 3177 days ago)Nice. I think the composition works very well here. It gives me like an Alice in Wonderland-Through the Looking Glass sort of feel. Very surreal yet engaging. I like it a lot.
(5 years and 3177 days ago)Absolutely gorgeous! I LOVE the detail, especially in the eye and fur.
(5 years and 3177 days ago)I could imagine how long this took you to finish. The shape and the detail are, of course, amazing. I like the movement to it as well.
