If you can saturate, it stands to reason you can desaturate and make adjustments to the color channels...nicely done.

Very nice work with the lighting here Author...you have surprised me (in a good way of course), nearly spot-on for this type of shot! Well done!

Just a little nit-picking thought here to give a try though...although the shadowing and contrast here is very good (don't get me wrong, love it!)...try taking your light center and high at about a 20 degree down-angle to really get the muscles to ripple and "pop"...

Wonderful shot, just a suggestion though....I would really have liked to see this with the face in the center and framed by all of the flowers...I think this might make for a more balanced 'square photo'...just a thought

Author...If you really want this entry removed, just use the red flag option and ask the Mods to remove it...

IMHO though, it appears on topic, because it is a shorter route and helps save gas and therefore reduce emissions, I would think this has to do with helping the environment.

Author....you cannot delete your own entries, they have to be removed by the Mods...but in this case i think all you really need to do before the entry is removed is to upload the unedited version in it's place

Author...although the contest is for color max contrast, some subjects just simply do not lend themselves well to this technique, unfortunately, this appears to be one of those...Perhaps picking a different subject would result in a much improved entry this time...

The high contrast had just brought out tons of unwanted noise and artifacts in the shot...I would seriously rethink this one

it's definitely not an interior shot and certainly not a street or a simple pathway....close enough to an alley in my opinion to pass as one, very interesting never-the-less...

Well author...by the birth year I sorta guessed you...but seriously, what a great shot, the lighting and tonal quality is spot-on fantastic, wonderful capture

I think a better angle might have made this shot even better author, by getting down low and shooting up or even with the toy to make it look bigger or choosing a lower angle to give the viewer an angle they don't normally see, you make a more powerful image...

I think the background is abit too distracting here author, try to simplify the shot in teh future by removing items not absolutely necessary to the shot, I think you'll like the results

I know it's hard with macro, but I think a bit more depth to this one would have really made this shot even better

I think this might be a more powerful shot if the person was smaller or actually interacting somehow with the instruments, she just kinds looks like part of the background here...
