Ade...the author is correct about the "halo", photomatrix will at times cause a strange halo-ing effect when the saturation levels are pushed a bit in tonemapping. I have been experencing that problem with the entry I'm preparing.

An interesting photo, nicely done. Photographers have a duty to record such images in my opinion...what about all of the most famous images captured of combat and the horrors of war???

I agree the coming from the dark concept is good, but the light is off a bit...needs a white balance adjustment to bring out the proper color and make it really "pop"
