(5 years and 3636 days ago)Author you need to take a pic with long exposure in such a manner that it creates something different. If the same shot can be taken as faster shutter speeds then there is no big deal in the long exposure snap. It should give you some nice effect or something unique which cannot be created with faster shutter speeds. Hope you get my point....
