(5 years and 1176 days ago)Completely different image with that little pixel move.. world of difference... and my eyes aren't funny, they're hysterical.. you should see my dreams... hehehe
(5 years and 1178 days ago)Not necessary, but if you have time, you might want to redirect the eyes of the pink girl to looking at the floating girl.. just a suggestion, but if she was looking at the floater it would really lock the picture together.. with the girl looking up it makes the viewer (well me anyway) to look up and out of the image... (Like I said, it could be just me).. Excellent work all round and great fixit work.. hehehe
(5 years and 1178 days ago)Nice looking image, especially the yellow sky to match the field of daisies.
(5 years and 1178 days ago)Logically speaking I don't see how these elements would fold up when the book is closed. The parts in a pop up book are usually 2D images that stand up when the book is opened to create the illusion of a 3D image and fold up again when the book is closed. You show 3D images which don't look like they could fold up flat.
(5 years and 1178 days ago)Very good! All sources are fine now.
(5 years and 1178 days ago)Images that are already silhouetted are acceptable as long as they qualify as a safe to use source as explained in the Beginners Guide found here: http://www.pxleyes.com/courses/guide/ or in this forum post: http://www.pxleyes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5644
(5 years and 1179 days ago)CMYK46 is correct, Images on DeviantArt that are labeled "Premade..." are Photoshopped by the DA author and are often made using two or more images. In this case source 2 field of daisies, the DA author even states "made from my own pics".
(5 years and 1179 days ago)Premanipulated images are not permitted as source as stated in the Photoshop Rules and Guidelines 5.6 "Don't use an image that has been altered by the source owner nor an entire work created by someone else."
Source 2 is a premanipulated image, and not useable.
(5 years and 1179 days ago)Completely missed me (only a light outer band that did almost nothing... very lucky) Northern Florida is getting a wallop. The truth of the matter is what it will become after it heads back over the Atlantic.. holding my breath for the next couple of weeks... EEEEPPP... (Matthew is a booger)
(5 years and 1179 days ago)Author, your source link 8 doesn't work. Please fix that.
(5 years and 1179 days ago)Like the angle
(5 years and 1179 days ago)Now I'm hungry and I want to watch Star Wars again
(5 years and 1180 days ago)A bunker? With someone else so it would be "Romantic"? Yikes, what did you smoke? hehehe, I'm lucky I can tolerate people trying to buy water in the long lines at Publix... hehehehe.. trapped in a bunker during a Hurricane, I'd eat my bunker mates LOL... don't even bring up my neighbors... they make me twitch (Take Shelter? DOUBLE EEKKK!!)
(5 years and 1180 days ago)Lots of work there author, though I think if you shrank the whole Pop Up image so it becomes more part of the book might help a little, I don't know for sure.. if your happy with it it's okay... good luck author (just putting my two cents in) I'm trapped in my apartment (Hurricane Matthew) so I'm getting all chatty LOL
(5 years and 1180 days ago)Might want to brighten the book or darken the edges of the pop up so it blends a little better... It's really sharp at the moment, sort of like a TV image in a dark room.. then again, that could have been your goal so it would be okay. Good luck and great job
(5 years and 1180 days ago)Reminds me of the "Land of the Lost" Get the Flyswatter and jam it down the T Rex's throat... hehehe
(5 years and 1180 days ago)Could also be called "Date from Hell" hehehe... good luck
(5 years and 1180 days ago)yep , hence why I will modify .. thought about it afterwards . good luck with your entry.
(5 years and 1182 days ago)heheheee. I had that same sheep in mine. nice entry. will modify mine a little
(5 years and 1182 days ago)No problem. That is allowed. I think it may have just been a question because it was so "lightly" processed.
(5 years and 1183 days ago)Nice light.
(5 years and 1183 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 1183 days ago)Is this a High Dynamic Range photo (HDR)?
(5 years and 1184 days ago)thank you for that.. My apology to you and the author
(5 years and 1185 days ago)I apologize to the author .. my mistake ,, made wrong assumption about donut
(5 years and 1185 days ago)Author, source no 7 scissors goes to the skeleton on the beach, can you please add the correct link for the scissors to a comment.
(5 years and 1185 days ago)@author and @Majkman: since the entry shows a complete planet the entry is OK. "The point is to show your planet as a whole, so it has to be presented with a view from the sky or from space." can be better interpreted as "don't show your planet behind a horizon". The idea is to show a planet and that's what this entry does, from where it is shown is not that important.
(5 years and 1186 days ago)Thanks a lot! Now I'm going to have to put my teddies in a box with a cement block on top of it... dernit... good luck and fun chop
(5 years and 1186 days ago)You really improved it greatly! The bottle now looks like a bottle and not a cut out... Great FIX! Good Luck
(5 years and 1186 days ago)It may just be me.. but the bottle looks a tad bit flat, almost like a photo cut out. You may want to try to burn/dodge to give it more roundness and depth. It's just my opinion, but I think adding to the realism might give it a little more realism. The whole idea is GREAT! the wand, the hammer.. the little details are a trip Good Luck author
(5 years and 1187 days ago)hehhehe...
(5 years and 1189 days ago)I like to see what guy is holding that BOOM, hehehe...
(5 years and 1190 days ago)Congrats on 4th place.. woot!
(5 years and 1190 days ago)Poor kid..his disconnection on his face is hysterical. Great balance over all, well done
(5 years and 1191 days ago)HEY! That's where I'm from! Though I'm on a diet now (doctors orders) so I have to live in exile. Fun CHOP!
(5 years and 1191 days ago)Great idea, and very well done.
(5 years and 1192 days ago)Beautiful
(5 years and 1193 days ago)Nice collection
(5 years and 1193 days ago)Why do I hear the "Flight of the Valkyries?" fun idea
(5 years and 1194 days ago)Just mirroring the boat in foreground does not produce a true reflection. We would not see the inside of the boat.
(5 years and 1195 days ago)Congratulations on your win!
(5 years and 1195 days ago)Very clever author (the theme). I'm not going to approach at making it more realistic as it is surrealistic contest. It is your imagination and I don't like to step into that field. Funny all the same
(5 years and 1196 days ago)since the Doc is clearly avoiding the breath...just sayin'
(5 years and 1196 days ago)Ya know, this should have been titled "Halitosis Hal sees the doc"
(5 years and 1196 days ago)Beiber Fever? hehehe
(5 years and 1197 days ago)Gives a whole new meaning to "Say AW".. hehehe good luck author
