IMO his left hand (the one on our right) is actually a "right hand" and should be flipped to look like a left hand. The finger all the way to the right looks like a thumb to me.
(5 years and 1005 days ago)Judging from the size of the left hand I'd make the hand holding the light saber bigger. Otherwise this is great.
(5 years and 1006 days ago)Author, your source link doesn't work because you have put the url into the description box, you need to add it to the top box. To fix this hover your mouse over "Profile" on the task bar and go to "my entries", select this entry and you can make the changes.
(5 years and 1007 days ago)I like everything about this picture! Well done!
(5 years and 2459 days ago)i love your fire. how did you do it ?
(5 years and 2466 days ago)I like the concept. Clearly, orienting the speaker boxes so the two biggest speakers in the boxes are visible is necessary for the concept, but then the upside-down "Panasonic" is distracting when it could be reversed or even cloned out.
(5 years and 2467 days ago)I admit I don't get why the speaker boxes are distorted. I think it distracts from the exploding fruit which should be the focus and makes me wonder why the wire fruit bowl isn't distorted as well.
The explosion does seem rather mild (yawn). I would prefer to see something awesome! (Following up on CMYK46's comment, square speakers might be fun with square cutouts.)
Would suggest the cutouts not be square, but more like paint splashes.
(5 years and 2468 days ago)No problem.. glad to help. Did you try a sepia color?
(5 years and 2471 days ago)The gradient isn't allowed but a full color overlay (solid color) and hue adjustments are.
(5 years and 2472 days ago)You can do some post processing as long as it is within the photography guidelines.

Try some, you might like it too.
Although the post processing looks great.... I am afraid you can not use it for photography contests.
(5 years and 2473 days ago)Love the colors
(5 years and 2474 days ago)Check the layer masking all the way around, the black background makes the lighter edges show.
(5 years and 2474 days ago)The edge of her left leg needs refining.
(5 years and 2474 days ago)Why don't you try to finish the entry? Then go to the menu My stuff > my contest entries. There you can edit your image and submit a new one...
(5 years and 2474 days ago)Author, you can edit your entry, on the nav bar go to -my stuff - my contest entries- and choose the entry. Then you can upload the edited version, add additional sources or a step by step etc.
(5 years and 2474 days ago)I think you've missed the bridge/ladder/stairway part of the contest goal...
(5 years and 2474 days ago)Please read the guidelines in the information provided above. Wallpapers are not usable sources.
(5 years and 2475 days ago)Source 2 is wallpaper & not usable. Check here: http://www.pxleyes.com/blog/2009/06/how-and-where-to-find-legal-source-images/
(5 years and 2475 days ago)5.11. Use of Search Engines to Find Source Images: If you find images with google or yahoo image search, it doesn't mean they're not copyright, always check the source site to see if the image can be used or not. Wallpaper images are usually copyrighted.
