I only see color and luminosity enhancements. Maybe you wanted to keep it natural, but a few highlights in the hair might have worked for me...Or emphasizing the eyes.

No removal of freckles, stray hair, creases, bags, tint of teeth etc??? Not saying the mdel is unattractive as is... but it does look unshopped.

You could give it a bit more work instead off just blending 2 layers > 2 minutes work. I agree the effect is nice but you'll see we look further and expect more, sorry to be harsh
