A very nice sunset silhouette with the faint sun-ray effect adding to the eye-appeal.
Well seen and nicely captured but I think a cropping some of the top 1/3(negative space) might improve the overall composition as it adds nothing to the image. (IMHO of course).

I do think the horizon tilts slightly to the right and this upsets a wonderful composition (IMHO). I see the vertical lines of the water are somewhat straight, but I think the horizontal line is more important to the eye.

Agree with friiskiwi, the horizon should be straightened. At the moment I keep tilting my head when I look at this image.

The things to watch for in HDR is the light borders you get around objects.
