Great humour in this! Put a smile on my face
(5 years and 3330 days ago)Looks like a girl with pigtails popping out from behind the cloud but I am sure everyone will see something different ... fun shot!
(5 years and 3332 days ago)Wow ... great shot for a first attempt at this! I can see the emotional value in it now. It is always wonderful to see things through an other peoples eyes and experiences.
(5 years and 3332 days ago)Great catch ... both you and Sissy! Love the sense of joy!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Awe inspiring! Fascinating image and a great memory! And so very, very Vegas (everything feels a little blurry in Vegas after a couple of days)
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Love the way this show such an expression of annoyed patience from the older Jaguar! Great entry!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Pride and a feeling of accomplishment is what I get from this one!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Very sweet ... love the sense of play and companionship here!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Hunger? Yummy? Yuck? Not sure what this makes me feel but it is fascinating! I can almost taste it ... and I am not sure if I want to or not???
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Difficult one this! It is on theme for the lack of technical and it does have some emotional impact but I am not sure if it really grabs me. I would love to hear what the Author gets from the image?
(5 years and 3333 days ago)I agree too ... it is a lovely photo but really too good! How is that Author, you are too good!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)But seriously, IMO it is lacking emotional impact to really fit the theme but I know what you mean about the colour!
Perfect! I love this!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)I can see that this is not perhaps a great shot but it is definitely an emotional one. It made me tear up a bit! I can see such a look of love and doggy wisdom (for wont of a better word) in his eyes!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Great catch and again, I think the blur gives it something that a "perfect" photo would lack! It makes it more human and with the subject being what it is that enhances the feeling for me.
(5 years and 3333 days ago)This is a wonderful photo ... boy, I wish my discards were this good!!!! But I love the impact and personally think that the way the wings are cropped make it better (I am assuming that is why you consider it a technically poor image). Hard one for me to vote on ... but I will
(5 years and 3333 days ago)For me this is very on theme ... the bird has a feel of loneliness and even desperation to it. It is easy to miss the little one and reject this as just a blurry photo. Then I noticed the bird and got goosebumps. The way he is overpowered by the rest of the image and yet he is the whole point of the photo. Isn't that the way we all feel sometimes?
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Definitely artistic ... Author, what emotion does this represent to you? I feel a sense of awe in the beauty of the flower but would love to know what you get from it?
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Original comment ... see EDIT below: This is a little too good ... sorry Author but you are too good! Seriously, I don't know if this grabs me enough. I would say that the lens flare makes it worthy of the theme on that level but I am not sure what mood or emotion evokes? Can you explain how it "grabs" you?
(5 years and 3333 days ago)EDIT: I have come back to this a number of times and the more I look at it the more it impresses me. There is something very haunting about the lone girl on the beach that I did not notice at first. All the people on the wharf, together and there she is, alone, gazing into the sunset.
Quite fascinating ... just took me a while!!!
Bright, hot, free ... very evocative of the beach!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)I am not sure what was going on here but I do feel there is a story behind this! It has a sweet, tenderness to it that appeals to me.
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Wow, if this doesn't say "blizzard" I don't know what would!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Very kinetic. There is definitely something here ... just not sure if it has an emotional quality to it. Author, I am curious ... what feelings does this image invoke in you? I would like to see if I am missing something. (Love the photo but just doesn't grab me on that other level)
(5 years and 3333 days ago)Nice one!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)This is wonderful ... what a moment!
(5 years and 3333 days ago)@Ray ...
Great concept, great colours!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Lovely ... what a catch! Great shot.
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Stunning! I should have known who the author was. The simplicity and the contrast between the metal and the flower are super!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Just amazing! Love the whole expression and wonderful energy you captured!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Love it!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)One of my favs. Love the way just a touch of the light is hitting the chair.
(5 years and 3334 days ago)I think it is probably a type barb or razor wire ... or at least the barbs on the wire. Am I right, Author?
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Great shot. Love the delicacy of the lights, especially with the Pano!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)I think this is my fav ... it has a very journalistic feel but at the same time it goes beyond that ... the subtle emotion, the lighting and even the centre composition is great!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Truly, as Rob said, a slice of life, a moment frozen in time! Great shot!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Great catch!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Love the sense of desperation in this. You feel as if the donkey think that there is food just a few step away and he can't make it there. But it doesn't look like he would have much better luck even if the rope was longer!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Stunning
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Great catch!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Sad and touching photo. Very good and expressive piece!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Wow, and some parents won't let there kids play with guns!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Mmmmm, quite a statement here!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Wonderful shot ... the expression is priceless!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)@ jaws "avatar jawshoewhah
(5 years and 3334 days ago)"I tawt I taw a puddy tat!!!" Couldn't be a Puddy ... that's my cat's name
Puuuuurrrrrrrrrrfect!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Lovely! Great shot!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Bravo!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Great composition and story in this one!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)What can I say! Great work and my fav for sure!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)I could see the wings in the butterfly and the flowers ... lovely work!
(5 years and 3334 days ago)Lovely, expressive and well put together image. The handling of the rain is wonderful!
