Crows don't seem too scared, either they are in awe of the entertainment or they are worshiping. Good color, cheerful. Crows could be blended in a bit better though, they look pasted in.

This is cute and well done. Perhaps consider making the smoke a bit lighter further from the nose...as if it's dissipated a bit...

Very creative! Love the colors and how you made the first balloon with the 'face'. Tree spot textures are so whimsical, reminds me of hole-punched colored paper and a school project. As Eladine said, could be a book illustration.

Love how you made this flower - and your swirls remind me of ting-ting, the 'noise' gives them the sparkle that ting-ting sometimes has.

Very nice image, but the excessive noise added to the balloons hurts the fantasy and jarringly makes them separate from the rest of the landscape. If you added an an Anistropic Diffusion filter to just the balloons, it would help bring them back to being part of their surroundings.
