not bad
(5 years and 3408 days ago)nice idea
(5 years and 3408 days ago)Mhm..
(5 years and 3412 days ago)cool work author...gl
(5 years and 3412 days ago)very nice work author...good luck
(5 years and 3412 days ago)It's a very different use of the source, quite abstract; I like it. But girl's image is still a little stretched - when you resize an image, do it pressing shift key, image doesn't distort. And she's too much bright, maybe an adjust on contrast could help.
(5 years and 3414 days ago)who sees, from which side and where .... so .. keep working. GL
(5 years and 3414 days ago)nice work ! g l
(5 years and 3414 days ago)Interesting background, but the figure is distorted.
(5 years and 3414 days ago)I see the idea behind this image, even though it's not eye catching. I have few suggestions, maybe they are helpful to you:
(5 years and 3415 days ago)(1) the use of blending options in this kind of work normally don't make the nice effect (shadow, glowing, etc.), because they looks very artificial and they add the uniform effect on the whole layer. You can do the same thing by brush (that's the way I always prefer to do), if you have a tablet, that'll be great.
(2) I saw that you use the brush to colorize the eyes, but we still see the rough edges of the brushes. I suggest to use the low opacity, low flow brush, so each click of your mouse doesn't make noticeable effect on the image. With that setting, you can control the intensity of the color easily and it's like you're painting, just cost you a bit more time to repeat the action.
(3) to make the glowing dusts, you can use the scatter setting in the brush setting. Notice that to make the nice glowing effect, just choose the Range of 100%, so the light from the object will be gradually reduced from the center to the out side.
Keep trying, we're here to help.
Relax author, as long as you are happy with your entry that is all that matters.
(5 years and 3415 days ago)Hmm... I think you'll affect some cat lovers here... and they aren't few.
(5 years and 3415 days ago)Lol Hello Kitty turned into Hell Kitty?
(5 years and 3415 days ago)What does this have to do with the contest theme?
(5 years and 3415 days ago)It's a really beautiful compo! But, looking at the horse size, it seems the "castle" is not that big... If you slide the horse to the opposite side, maybe this impression could be annuled.
(5 years and 3415 days ago)nice image can put as wallpaper.
(5 years and 3416 days ago)Would be interesting to live in that house up top ;D
(5 years and 3416 days ago)cool
(5 years and 3416 days ago)Light on building is from upper left, light on horse from upper right. Compositional elements are all on the left. Some rearranging would really help your image.
(5 years and 3416 days ago)I liked the blends!
(5 years and 3416 days ago)Very nice picture, Author.
I see the source but it's kind of minimal.
(5 years and 3418 days ago)cool!
(5 years and 3419 days ago)the wackiness of the perspectives is intriguing .. good luck author!!!
(5 years and 3419 days ago)on the left there you find one finger more....
(5 years and 3420 days ago)very nice...gl
(5 years and 3420 days ago)kinda gives the id of the author away when the same source is used in the entries.
(5 years and 3420 days ago)2 hours! yeah, minimal use of the source.
(5 years and 3420 days ago)lose the filter altogether
(5 years and 3420 days ago)The "hat" seems blurry and stretched, try to make it smaller; I'd also remove the overcolor from bikini, it doesn't look natural (I thought she was naked until seeing sbs!), if you want to keep the color, try to cover exactly on bikini's dimension, and use multiply, color or overlay blending.
(5 years and 3421 days ago)The colors are really dramatic!... I can hear the sound of the bells...
(5 years and 3421 days ago)I like the colors...
(5 years and 3421 days ago)cool!
(5 years and 3421 days ago)The whole image is beautiful, but as Jawshoewhah said, anything of the source that is recognizable in this case would be good. For a CBR, the image must be more complex and elaborated, I suppose.
(5 years and 3421 days ago)gotta agree the bad edges dont add anything for me, nor does the random jaw bone... spend a little more time on the crop and use clone tool to remove the jaw bone .. best of luck author
(5 years and 3421 days ago)cool!
(5 years and 3421 days ago)If I have to look at your SBS to see how you used it, you CBR'd it and honestly your mine as well have not even used it. IMO (and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way) a really good entry for source image contests are those that the source is still visible, but yet turned around in a way similar to it's own shape and still recognizable. Is the source is not apparent, well what the point. Even some of the basic textures would be better that total CBR
(5 years and 3421 days ago)No CBRing a source in not against the rules, but I think it totally defeats the purpose and I know not may, like myself give it a very high score.
That's a plane? I thought that was the hostess Twinkie man committing suicide. Yeah, definitely work on your details better and always try to find the biggest source stock with the high res res to get best results.
(5 years and 3422 days ago)A total desintegration! Very creative.
(5 years and 3422 days ago)clever.. but it feels more like spatial repetition then Cubism (the main subject would be dissected) but I will give you credit for invention.. good luck author... nice image...
(5 years and 3422 days ago)>?????
(5 years and 3422 days ago)cool
(5 years and 3423 days ago)Edge exuse doesn't work for me...
(5 years and 3423 days ago)Interesting effect but very minimal use of the source
(5 years and 3423 days ago)i agree with erikuri!
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Really beautiful, love the colors!
(5 years and 3424 days ago)How have you used the source image here?
(5 years and 3424 days ago)ahh ok I got ya now G/L
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Interesting, but without the SBS I don't see how this couldn't be done with any random image.
(5 years and 3424 days ago)oh ok i get it
