Ha! The best part is the guy in the foreground...you can almost see his expression... nice job on the chop too. My only little suggestion (after looking at the hi-res) would be to add some shadows on the pepper at his hands, and possibly on his arm, where the pepper stem flares up. Good luck author!
(5 years and 3414 days ago)Very cool.
(5 years and 3418 days ago)LOVE the mushrooms, and great job on the lighting. I'm humbled....
(5 years and 3418 days ago)Wow...amazing use of source. Nice!
(5 years and 3418 days ago)Love the feel of this one. Nice work on the blends, and SBS as well. Only thought would be that the shadows from the willow don't match the light source (they should be longer). Best of luck.
(5 years and 3418 days ago)Gotta love the roundabout! Nice one.
(5 years and 3419 days ago)Nice! Had to look twice before I saw the reflection. Well done.
(5 years and 3420 days ago)Nice!
(5 years and 3421 days ago)Love the colors, and the angle works for me. The ceramics in the foreground make the shot. The thing near/overlapping the man's head is a bit distracting to me, but nice shot anyway.
(5 years and 3422 days ago)nice shot. Like the glints on the "wings", and the off-center composition too.
(5 years and 3422 days ago)Nice job author. I especially like the surreal skew on the house dimensions. Nice touch.
(5 years and 3422 days ago)Well done author. Very eerie... I too would like to see a VERY slight transparency (almost imperceptible), but the radial blur is nice as well, and you're right..it is YOUR art!
(5 years and 3422 days ago)Nice work author.
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Love it!
(5 years and 3433 days ago)Fantastic stuff. nice job author!
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Awesome!
(5 years and 3434 days ago)WOW...phenomenal image. Amazing. great job author!
(5 years and 3440 days ago)Sick!...i love it...
(5 years and 3440 days ago)Very Nice! Cool concept. Time seems to be a recurring theme in this contest. Great job author.
(5 years and 3440 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3440 days ago)I agree with gamemastertips - the blurry top of the arch is distracting, although I know it is part of the source. Perhaps add another rock texture and blend it in? Otherwise, cool idea, and nicely executed. Good luck.
(5 years and 3446 days ago)Awesome!
(5 years and 3446 days ago)GREAT job author!
(5 years and 3446 days ago)Spooky indeed! You shoud have made it a Jesus face, and you could have made millions on eBay!
(5 years and 3447 days ago)Very nice! I had to look twice.
(5 years and 3447 days ago)I agree with Ressiv and erikuri, but I think the intent was to imply a hole in the tree with the depth of the nest itself. Perhaps some more shading would create more depth (under the nest, perhaps). Nice blend regardless. Good luck.
(5 years and 3447 days ago)Good stuff!
(5 years and 3553 days ago)Very creative work author...the longer I looked, the more I was impressed!
(5 years and 3561 days ago)Points for originality! Nice work.
(5 years and 3561 days ago)Yes! Good work.
(5 years and 3562 days ago)All Right! One of the few entries that actually looks like it could be a real music festival poster. Nice work.
(5 years and 3562 days ago)Nice work!
(5 years and 3563 days ago)Creative, well done, and beautiful.
(5 years and 3563 days ago)I agree - nice work, but light and shadows don't jive.
(5 years and 3564 days ago)Nice work.
(5 years and 3564 days ago)Love it!
(5 years and 3564 days ago)Nicely done
(5 years and 3564 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3565 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3565 days ago)Beautiful work author! I didn't "get it" until I viewed the SBS. VERY nice!
(5 years and 3565 days ago)Very nice.
(5 years and 3566 days ago)Clean design, the way an ICON is supposed to look. Very nice.
(5 years and 3566 days ago)Ka-CHING! Bravo Author!
(5 years and 3566 days ago)Nice. I like it.
(5 years and 3566 days ago)Nice work, nice idea.
(5 years and 3567 days ago)I really like this one. I especially like how you created the ocean surface (being viewed from below) and the ocean floor as well. langstrum is right about the fish strokes, but again, only on close inspection. My only other nit-picky critique (again, only noticeable in hi-res) would be the pearls by the oyster. They seem to be floating instead of lying on the ocean floor. Maybe some shading or scaling? Just a thought. You have a great command of lighting. Impressive work overall.
(5 years and 3568 days ago)Great job on the debris. That was my first response. Lighting, etc. Impressive. I do agree that the waves in front of the ship should be a bit bigger...If it can push buildings, it can push water. Great work, and very creative idea.
(5 years and 3569 days ago)Good work.
(5 years and 3569 days ago)Love the idea, but agree with Ressive about shadows. The dress needs something similar to what you achieved on her hat. Very nice work though.
(5 years and 3569 days ago)I like the effect you achieved with the lights. Good luck.
