i dupliceted the face layer split it and warped it with the free transform tool, added the skull in behind made a selection to add the ''blood'' layer thats about it

to get this effect i placed the leather texture over the backgroung image applied a blend mode duplicated the girl layer placed it on top, applied an other blend mode. i used the liquify tool to try to make the crease more realistic and messed with the curves of the leather layer
