(5 years and 3714 days ago)Jawshoe, stop being such a downer! In the contest theme it says "take a shot which CONVEYS a favorite hobby or intrest". That means that pictures taken after or before are okay as long as they remind you of the hobby... this picture clearly reminds me of fishing and I view the different perspective as a bonus... high marks from me author!

This is a nice picture, don't get me wrong but I don't feel it fits the theme well. If the kid had a fishing pole or a trout on a line that he just caught, then that would be different, but this is only a hobby because the author said so. How about yourself? Uranus?
