I like the angle also, different and still works here...a nice leading line created by the tree tops leads from the top left to the guard, it keeps the eyes on the subject well

Adjust the brightness or even color adjustment of the sky (yes you can do that) then maybe it won't look so close to the next entry, which probably yours as well, I presume. .

Adjsut the brightness up and the contrast a little and maybe crop to the eagle more.
