I have viewed this entry multiple times and just have to comment.
This shot lacks suitable quality in focus, exposure, composition, color, etc.
The purpose of these comments is to help the author improve the quality of their entry to be competitive.
I have no suggestions for improvements on this entry beyond a re-shoot with something better than a cellphone in order for this shot to be remotely competitive.
I do not mean do be harsh, just constructively honest. -Sorry!

I think if you would have taken the photo of the lake without the fence or rails in front of it, and if the horizon were straightened out it could have been a much better photograph. I also think it is slightly under exposed.

IMHO, it is not difficult to take a photo out of focus. I think that I would kill the experiment.

The blurred yellow bird or butterfly is a bit disturbing because it catches the attention. Except that, nice point of view. Where is it ?

I think a little closer crop and more detail/contrast in the butterfly would make it look better.
