(5 years and 3387 days ago)lovely
(5 years and 3388 days ago)nice one
(5 years and 3388 days ago)well spotted.
(5 years and 3388 days ago)I thight the same thing at first but when you realize what's behind him, then it's safe to say it's still on theme, but maybe a shot of him with whatever he's selling might have been a better enter. GL all the same
(5 years and 3388 days ago)Great shot. Lots of emotion
(5 years and 3388 days ago)it is hard to tell where the focus is in this picture so the whole photo almost seems out of focus.
(5 years and 3388 days ago)Sad...but art...nice shot author.
(5 years and 3389 days ago)Extremely cute. Would have been nice to pull back just a touch and get more of the dog's head
(5 years and 3389 days ago)LOL looks so real!
(5 years and 3389 days ago)Very nice and adorable is true.
(5 years and 3389 days ago)Almost sad! Great shot!
(5 years and 3389 days ago)I would call it art because it was made and painted. It looks as if it was ceramic or oven-baked clay--homemade
(5 years and 3389 days ago)absolutely adorable!
(5 years and 3389 days ago)I would call this more of a memorial than random art, IMO.
(5 years and 3389 days ago)cheesy, but still works
(5 years and 3391 days ago)Cool !
(5 years and 3391 days ago)From this angle, the painting looks like it's eating her hat. That alone is interesting enough. GL!
(5 years and 3391 days ago)The photo seems a little dark.
(5 years and 3391 days ago)? umm Local markets?
(5 years and 3394 days ago)great expression
(5 years and 3394 days ago)I loved this one!
(5 years and 3395 days ago)The colors and the perfect mood!
Congratulations
beautiful, well done.
(5 years and 3396 days ago)I'm missing the jump here. Your photo could also be of much better quality. There's some dust marks in the image you could have fixed with healing brush and the photo is a little noisy in high res.
(5 years and 3397 days ago)Congratulations
(5 years and 3398 days ago)Cute kid. I remember how heavy those diapers got when we let our kids play in the surf
(5 years and 3398 days ago)Beautiful building. Is this the one Disney ripped off?
(5 years and 3398 days ago)What is Gothic Architecture?
(5 years and 3402 days ago)Gothic Architecture emerged following the Romanesque style of Norman Architecture. Gothic architecture is the term used to describe the building styles which were used between 1200 to 1500. The different types of English Gothic Architecture styles are divided into three phases.

Nice and cute too.
(5 years and 3402 days ago)Glad you said it first Raz... I mean Ricky! I think this time the majority of people will agree with your comment :P
(5 years and 3402 days ago)On the photo, it is a nice shot, could be a little sharper but a nice image, GL!
maybe to read more it says of this castle: "The shapes of Romanesque (simple geometric figures such as cuboids and semicircular arches), Gothic (upward-pointing lines, slim towers, delicate embellishments)"
(5 years and 3402 days ago)IMO this is fine and Good luck.
Sorry author, I don't agree.
(5 years and 3402 days ago)Everything I read about this castle says that it's built in a "late romanesque" style.
And when you look at the windows, you see that they are not pointed. If they are not, it's not Gothic.
Even thought it's a great picture with a great mood.
THat is great!
(5 years and 3403 days ago)Sorry author but are you sure this castle is Gothic ? One of the first particularity of Gothic is that the arches are pointed, here, they are rounded !

the strange thing is, she might well belong to a 'culture' like the rainbows, but she is still begging for money from the 'normal' society............a little hypocritical don't you think!
(5 years and 3404 days ago)sorry, those glasses scream "conformist" more than "rebel." The hair is only a "faux hawk." Not much rebellion going on
(5 years and 3404 days ago)rebellion or not this is a very nice image -- the expression the focus and framing are all very nice
(5 years and 3404 days ago)If indeed this girl is a Rainbow then she is part of a counter culture that has existed for years.
(5 years and 3404 days ago)Then this would be rebellion to me as rainbows are rebels and some are Deadheads (a group of folks that followed the greatfull dead band around the world.)
Good luck Author
Author, I'm glad you made yourself more clear, and I accept your explanation for this particular photo. GL on it. BUT... some of the opinions expressed here are nothing short of unbelievable!!! Yes, there are a few who "choose" to be homeless, but applying that to even a significant portion of them is nothing short of ridiculous. 12.5% of the US population lives in poverty and it's only getting worse. 7 million more are facing foreclosure, which would leave at least some of them adding to the ranks (not because they "chose" to). The gap between the rich and the poor is also increasing in this country, with minimum wage having only 75% of the purchasing power it had in 1979. 17% of the people in homeless shelters are employed FULL time! 50% of the mayors surveyed by the US Conference for Mayors cited Domestic Abuse as a main reason for homelessness among women and children. Approximately 16% of the homeless are mentally ill - because Reagan cut federal funding and basically emptied the asylums. It is absolutely LUDICROUS to assert any large proportion of homeless people WANT to be homeless.
(5 years and 3404 days ago)Railing isn't really the main focus here.
(5 years and 3405 days ago)very nice shot!! I can relate--my 18 & 21 year old kid's rooms are worse than that :o
(5 years and 3405 days ago)"Huh? What? Are you kidding? You actually think homeless people CHOOSE to be homeless as a form of rebellion? " kyricom
(5 years and 3405 days ago)Go talk to the directors of homeless shelters and ask them what they think. Or go ask a homeless person if they would like a job and a home and see what they say or see how long they last. MOST (not all) people DO choose to be homeless. I've dealt with a few they were on the streets asking to work for money. After telling them about shelters and food banks, they told me it takes up too much time!!!
As far as the pictures goes, I don't think this picture is very clear, is it a scan of a photo or a low megapixel camera? The shot itself (framing, angle etc.) is very nice.
Yes Rainbows but they are not only young kids.
(5 years and 3405 days ago)Many go back to the 60s and 70s.
A group camps close to our town every year. They are not homeless and have cars and stuff to get around.
anyway I am sure a homeless pregnant girl would not be by choice.
But then I am not her so everything is speculation.
Huh? What? Are you kidding? You actually think homeless people CHOOSE to be homeless as a form of rebellion?
(5 years and 3406 days ago)Nice shot... but... how is this rebellion?
(5 years and 3406 days ago)lol..nice shot.
(5 years and 3406 days ago)this time I would have been armed with his marching orders........
(5 years and 3407 days ago)Awesome photo! GL
