...........that is cos there are so many images in this contest worthy of the comment!!.............I really do not accept that the authors of these images seriously believe that they are worthy of the same sort of reverement that the image from, lets say 'Phsyco', attracts. I am sure that is what the intention of this contest was.

I think the pen in the front distracts more than it gives and depth of field. By suggest would be to reshoot with more focus on the pencils in the can and less of the pens up front. I'll hold my vote.
