There are dark horizontal stripes running across the bust - almost like he's standing in front of a window blind. Was this intentional?
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Great entry author, GL!
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Fantastic render, very cool
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Hey man, nice techniques with The Real Flow. Or it isn't RF at all?
(5 years and 3121 days ago)No offense, but maybe people couldn't really understand your situations with the written SBS. I know it's Maya just by the render looks. But some people might need to know what's going on in the process, though some will not need or care to see.
Anyway, 5 stars for your effort on written SBS & high votes to your entry as well.
nice idea author and also it IS a nice explosion of drips IMHO
(5 years and 3121 days ago)Keep up a good work!
The paint pieces are very sharp edged, there are no rounded drops or spatters at all. Perhaps you could round some of the bits, making it look more like a Pollock coming off the wall. This kind of looks like an explosion of shrapnel instead of drips.
(5 years and 3121 days ago)Great entry, simple but effective, IMHO the floor can should be closer to its original frame. GL!
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Nice image, GL!
(5 years and 3148 days ago)This doesn't immediately make me think of 'envy'...but I do like the image you've created very much. It makes me think of a good shower!

(5 years and 3151 days ago)EDIT: Thanks for your clarification, author! I feel educated now!
Even thought the outcome is pretty nice, maybe you could've added some other effects like dried blood over her cheeks, to add some more dramatic look to the picture and to manipulate the source a bit more
it's a great idea you have there
(5 years and 3151 days ago)I think her face is a little too light compared tot he rest of the body, great blending and idea.
(5 years and 3151 days ago)Disturbing! but that is good, lol, nice entry author!
(5 years and 3210 days ago)Great Image! your Facial Xpression shows pain but your soft and clean skin demostrates lack of injury. thats just my opinion. But the overall image is awesome!
(5 years and 3211 days ago)Now thats cool. Good luck with this work I think it will do well. I like the mud splatters particularly. If I could complain, its just that I like to see a nice long SBS with enough detail that I could follow along if I wanted to. Great work.
(5 years and 3244 days ago)looking much better now....great job ..good luck
(5 years and 3245 days ago)cool!
(5 years and 3246 days ago)Fantastic work on a Mini...
(5 years and 3246 days ago)You have INTERNET, why would you need anything else !?
(5 years and 3246 days ago)Use another layer with some gradient to cover the horizon. You could also blur the sand there, and make it look like the sand is blending into the sky.
Take for example this:
www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-picture/4d31871c335dc/The-Passage-of-Time.html
You know the horizon is there, but you can't see a straight separation line, which does not hurt the composition by making the image look split in half .
Nice work, but the shadows doesn't seem to fit with the lighting.
(5 years and 3246 days ago)great job
(5 years and 3246 days ago)Hello from the outside world, it is very nice and sunny out and I must say you have done a great job with the mini. I think your ground is a bit off, perspective wise but best of luck.
(5 years and 3246 days ago)Hope you get out soon.
congartulations!!!...
(5 years and 3571 days ago)Congratulations for 2nd
(5 years and 3572 days ago)Congrats for your second place, Dante!
(5 years and 3572 days ago)nice
(5 years and 3573 days ago)good luck
(5 years and 3573 days ago)very creative... gud luck....
(5 years and 3575 days ago)Nice and impressive entry.Good luck
(5 years and 3575 days ago)It's look like a 2012 movie.
lol. Good luck author...
(5 years and 3575 days ago)Lovely......
(5 years and 3576 days ago)Good luck :]
(5 years and 3578 days ago)It looks like the water is really hot and it's smoke coming out of it.
Great job !
(5 years and 3578 days ago)I don't know why i get this feeling
nice.
(5 years and 3719 days ago)nice,gl
(5 years and 3723 days ago)Author, so may very well be. That's up to the contest mod to decide. Not me, you or Wlado. Nevertheless, it's hard to give a fair vote exo planet contest when the only trace of the planet is planar polygon with an unknown image (no source) on it.
(5 years and 3731 days ago)So, I do wish you good luck. It's a nice image. But I'll rather throw my vote on the other great entries, with detailed SBS and a modeled planet.
First of all it doesn't seem to fit the contest theme. It doesn't show very much of your "exo planet" (see the "part of the landscape" in contest goal). The planet doesn't seem to be 3D - it looks more like an image (so far without a source) pasted on a planar polygon, with some nice towers and creatures.

(5 years and 3731 days ago)Also, about your SBS, it's impossible to tell whether you've modeled the flying creatures, background planet and the clouds. I think you'll have to do some "on theme"-adjustment.
Wow, this is truly epic! Very good idea, I like it!
(5 years and 3731 days ago)A high res would have been nice but it does look rather well done.
(5 years and 3733 days ago)Nice lighting, really keeps the focus on the ball of light - which looks really cool btw.
(5 years and 3735 days ago)Fantastic work Author. Choice of image I give you 90%
Nice tricky changes, Very well done.
(5 years and 3735 days ago)I like your thinking differently. Simple but very elegant and I like the darkening you did on the hands.
(5 years and 3736 days ago)Why didn't you just replace the entry you previously entered, since they are both the same.
(5 years and 3737 days ago)really liked the "how many changes can u spot" sign, i could 15 ... lower pic is a bit lighter, that once in a while made me like ... oh here is the next difference ... ) thanks for the entyr, it is cool
(5 years and 3738 days ago)wow
(5 years and 3741 days ago)nice
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Agree with the crop idea.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)good
(5 years and 3761 days ago)maybe if you cropped down the image, you would get more impact with the flies, without detracting from the image as a whole. As much as i like the panoramic framing, you could easily remove the left 1/4 of the image and that would push the two flies into the foreground (closest objects to the camera)
(5 years and 3765 days ago)i agree with the above comments, but still wanted to say... fricken funny as though
(5 years and 3766 days ago)Hard to see 'em, even in high res...
