Very weird and surreal indeed! Never heard of this kind of fear, so I learned something. This might have more continuity if the head were flipped horizontally so as to interact with the man and cactus. Good work on the head, especially, tho, reminds me of Monty Python stuff. Nice tush, but bad veins! I wonder if there is a 'fear of bad veins'...

It' a very beautiful image, with this color. But I agree with friiskiwi; looking around the sitting flamingo on the top, it's possible to see the color of the trunk remaining.

Happy to see this one is NOT a Twilight resemblance. This seems to take on more of a comic book appeal, like out of a Vampire Hunter comic. It's very well detailed and excellent imagination. Well done and good luck!

Very cool face which is slightly cartoonish (especially the hair) but that is perfectly OK, except then the extremely realistic, unusually warm-colored, not-very-blood-like moon doesn't fit the rest of the image or title. [Desaturate the moon and add a vague blue tint?]

Great job on the face. If you had put the moon on the other side, it would match the lighting.
