Very sad. I really like this image and the story behind it because I am interested in anything WWII history related.
(5 years and 3479 days ago)Beautiful!
(5 years and 3479 days ago)Toys at the bottom, "looks like it was built by children," definitely NOT built by pro treehouse builders...works for me!
(5 years and 3479 days ago)I'm glad that you chose to post in black and white. The composition is nice in black and white.
(5 years and 3479 days ago)I would be VERY uncomfortable sitting in that lighting! But I like the way the light accents the glasses. Very nice!
(5 years and 3479 days ago)Nice atmosphere!
(5 years and 3479 days ago)Fantastic job!
(5 years and 3479 days ago)Oh my God! No kidding? I got the same bike that Christmas, too! Only, I was 4. High marks for nastalgia!
(5 years and 3480 days ago)Wow, fantastic! I looked at your SBS. Very creative.
(5 years and 3487 days ago)Chemistry: A+
(5 years and 3492 days ago)Spelling: C-
Jimmy Stuart would be so proud!
(5 years and 3511 days ago)It took me a few seconds, but I see it clearly! I think that the image is FANTASTIC!!
(5 years and 3511 days ago)Why 13 August? This is the second one I've seen? It's my son's birthday!
(5 years and 3512 days ago)Haha! Hide under the bed all day. Very nice.
Interesting choice of month. My son's birthday is 13 August. (Agosto).
(5 years and 3512 days ago)Good idea!
(5 years and 3512 days ago)You have an interesting style. I like it!
(5 years and 3512 days ago)YES!!!!!!!! World Cup! Can't wait. The only time I ever called in sick for work and I was not actually sick was to see France vs Italy in 2006. That was definitely worth it!
(5 years and 3525 days ago)Hi points for you!
It's kinda dark. I can't see the detail the way that I would like. It looks really nice but it's hard on the eyes. Do you think that you can brighten it up a bit?
(5 years and 3526 days ago)I'm sorry, author. But the angle that his hair is facing opposed to his face is driving me crazy!!! But I LOOOOOVVVVE everything else. He's brilliant! I want to see him animated! He actually does seem animated. Fantastic job.
(5 years and 3526 days ago)He does seem to be lacking a body. The best that I can come up with is that the bumps are his knees which would make the quilt rise above his body if his knees are bent. But the distance between his head and knees is still really short. Other than that, I think that the image overall is fantastic! I love the design in the squares!
(5 years and 3526 days ago)Edit: I knew it was you, author!
Fantastic. Yes, needs a high res!
(5 years and 3527 days ago)Plus the depth of field difference between the bee and the flower. That bee is not on that flower.
(5 years and 3527 days ago)I love the kiddie texture you gave it. It really looks like something you would find in a nursery! Cool.
(5 years and 3529 days ago)Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!! Bees are extremely difficult to capture in good focus. Legs are bent. I doubt that he has landed.
(5 years and 3529 days ago)Excellent composition!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)I loooove seaguls!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Nice sunset capture!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Fantastic! Bees are soooo difficult to capture!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Check out the hi res. Logo doesn't get in the way there.
(5 years and 3531 days ago)I like watercolor pencils. They're fun. Nice work.
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Great work!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Fantastic!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)I did a charcoal self portrait recently that took about 20 years off of my life!
(5 years and 3531 days ago)Good job, author!
So funny!
(5 years and 3532 days ago)Fantastic!
(5 years and 3532 days ago)@Author: Yuck!!!!
(5 years and 3532 days ago)@DanLundberg: Yeah, it was about the disrespect, mostly because of another comment posted here. I appologize for getting all political here.
(5 years and 3532 days ago)@Author: "American Classic", cool.
I get it. But I don't think that it's funny.
(5 years and 3533 days ago)No Author! I keep my meat layed out in rows like that at home! :P
(5 years and 3551 days ago)It's ok. It's clearly a market. I don't keep my oranges like that! I was thinking of submitting an image that I have similar to this. I love the title!
(5 years and 3551 days ago)Scarification is done all over the world! Even some fraternities do it. It does look like scarification. Really cool.
(5 years and 3551 days ago)I'm not quite sure what Danlundberg means. I have an idea. But all of those street illusions only work from one perspective. And then they are photographed from that optimal perspective. So if it only works from the way this is photographed, it still makes sense.
(5 years and 3552 days ago)Very Good! I like this take on it.
(5 years and 3552 days ago)Fantastic choice of image for the street considering the water already on the street! But I guess I'm stating the obvious!
(5 years and 3552 days ago)Nice job!
(5 years and 3552 days ago)The animals are a great idea because they show that it is a 2D image. You would see this a lot in photographs of Mr. Mueller's work.
(5 years and 3552 days ago)Great idea! Different perspective than most. I like it.
(5 years and 3552 days ago)Fantastic job!
(5 years and 3552 days ago)I didn't even notice the lines! Well, I guess I did. But it's such a nice sketch that the lines just seemed appropriate.
(5 years and 3552 days ago)This is one of my favorite tuts here. I use what I learned about the fur all of the time! Nice job, author. I love your take on it.
