wow, relly a fresh look for her! i just wouldn't remove the background because you can see bits of the old one through her hair. plus, i think she would pop out more with a green background!

i think you used a too soft brush while masking out the scissors. the edges are now too transparent. try pen tool. pen is your friend!

i think her chin is too pointy. Her chin couldn't have changed naturally like that, not in 20 years, not ever.

very minimalistic.. well, you could keep that, but i'd only remove that little scar between her eyebrows and those little dimples and creases on the face. i'd keep the freckles!

let me help you her skin is waaay too blurred. if you look at her body, or even the ear, you'll see a huge difference! you did good on removing skin imperfections as far as i can see. Also, about the teeth, i'd tone them down a bit. Just for the sake of realism.

she is so hot.... but her face seems a bit "smudged" though. and fix her nose please it doesn't look that hot in high res! and i would reeeealy like to see a more detailed sbs! but great work overall!!
