(Copy and pasted) "Your goal in this contest is to take a face or any other body part and apply some movie makeup on it to create a character for a movie. For example: a monster, a dwarf, a witch" it does not say go ahead and base your idea on someone else's idea. It says, "Create a Character" meaning make something new, not "Base a character" on something that's already been done.
