Author, I think you don't need shadows under the traffic light and lamp posts (notice the posts of the background image); even the men shadows, you can take them off, because it's a cloudy day (there's a girl walking on the original, and there's no shadow for her). Only for car, you can leave a soft shadow under it.

Author, I can be wrong, but it's about the two bad guys nearest the puddle: I think that the reflection of the guy in suit could be more "solid" (now it's transparent like a ghost...); about the other guy, where he's standing, wouldn't his reflection appear on the puddle even a little bit?
