No this doesn't look good. Why is that dog transparrent? .. Really enjoy watching the mountains THRU the dog -.- .. Fix that; either delete the background in the back of the dog.. or find another way to fix it..

I'd lose the text, and make the tongue blend in to become the knife, not just sit over the handle. I'd probably have chosen a meaner looking pic for the 'tongue' person too but thats minor. Overall nice job, especially with splitting the boy's head

Alongwith the shadows you also need to work on angles...A part of the mouth of the chameleon is in the black whereas it is white in colour....

If you're trying to make it look like a real foot, to me it doesn't look like a bandage, it's just distracting IMHO....

just looks like you cut out the circle and rotated it then played with saturation. The shadows are still the same, yet they need to be reverses to go with the original image shadows.
