Since i first looked at the tower it remind me some sort of a face so i used mostly the liquify tool to give it the shape i wanted along with some burning tool for the shadows.Then i applied the parts from my first source picture using the warp tool on them to bring it to life ... i'm not sure thoug...
i just wanted to make something using only the contest image and this is what it came out
